Our first time abroad since Covid, we booked this Through JET2,
It was fully Inclusive.
The rooms were very cosy clean with air con in the sitting room and a bedroom. The beds were brand new and very comfortable.
The bathroom had the best shower I have ever been in.
The food was plentiful and a very good choice to suit literally anyone, Of course Lager and wines were free and self service.
The Staff work very hard clearing away plates and tables and are always cheerful.
For a 3 star hotel I would say it's under rated,
Local shops are about 100 yards away to buy things like coffee and milk if you are like us and wake early and can't wait till the Restaurant is open

Came here for a week with 2 young children, I didn't realise how spaced apart the hotel was, but we were placed in block B which was close to the heated pool and restaurant, so a 5 or so minute uphill/stairs walk to the other pools and evening entertainment. Both pool areas had bars that had both food & drink, food was not self service in the bars, you needed to ask. The restaurant was well laid out and clean, the food was presented well and you could see how hard the staff worked to ensure plates were cleared and food was always topped up.
The room looked nice, the bedroom window rattled, the doors/floor were uneven making them tough to shut & the shower was very slow, but the room itself looked nice, did the job and the outdoor area with table and chairs was lovely, as was the size of the drying rack for clothing.
Room clean was every other day, this was a very basic towel change, sweep and emptying of small bin.
Wouldn't recommend leaving any food out, we noticed quite a few ant looking bugs and a couple cockroaches in the room, not the hotels fault at all, as it was all very clean, but just a warning not to leave food around.
The hotel is a 10 minute downhill walk to a lovely beach, if you want to make the day longer I'd highly recommend going through the streets to visit some shops and parks, we visited roughly 4 or 5 different parks in just one day walking down to the beach, there's also a lovely walk that takes you to views out to sea where there's chipmunks, it leads to the harbour and then on to the beach. You can feed the fish for €1, swim with sea lions for €49, do an inflatable obstacle course for €12, and also a glass boat, pedalo's and pedalo's with slides at the harbour, but I can't remember how much they were. There is also a mini golf just off from the beach.
Children's disco started at roughly 8.45pm and went on for about 30 mins which was a big hit for the children (6 & 2) then the evening entertainment started around 9.30pm, we didn't stay for this so can't comment on what it was like. The guy behind the bar was very polite and worked quickly to get everyone their orders, there is a drinks list at the bar which states which are all inclusive and which you have to pay for.
There's a supermarket and a British shop just a 5 minute walk up hill (can be seen from reception)
There's a market on Tuesday and Saturday, just down hill from the hotel, lots of fake designer bits and souvenirs.
All in all, I would happily stay here again!

Rooms are 3* so expect 3* .Rooms are OK same food not perfect but good. Location great, room service very good. Cleaners are very polite and helpful. The only and I mean it only problem is lady in pool bar C she expect tips for all inclusive drinks. She literally try to make aside on her salary. I rather buy my own in town than use all inclusive drinks. Rude rude rude. I honestly recommend hotel but management need do something about bar services. Really good holiday. Honestly recommend

Me and my family came here on the 10th of January and loved our holiday so much that we would definitely come back here. The hotel staff are friendly and had amazing service, food was amazing especially breakfast time however I would have loved chicken nuggets on the menu for kids. The rooms are fantastic and clean, great location and pools are fantastic my kids loved the splash park. I loved how you didn't have to wait on drinks and could help yourself to them whenever. All in all this place is fantastic. 😁

Me my wife and daughter came away from 23rd april- 3rd May. I will admit I arrived with a very open mind and to not expect alot. I travel for work and so have stayed in 3 start accommodation alot and to say I was amazed is an understatement.
The reception staff upon arrival was amazing and did All they could to get us unto our room as fast as possible. Nothing was too much trouble for them.
The room- as previously stated the room was in a fantastic location over looking the pool and a cracking sea view. The room was cleaned every other day which is great for us. There was a kettle and a fridge provided in the room and both was clean. The beds were super comfortable and if you are an early bird the sun rise is an awesome sight to see.
The pool area- having our room over looking the pool it was great to sit out and watch the guys cleaning the pool on a daily basis and washing down the tiled areas. We only used c block pool with the slides. The water was not as you say cold. It is cool if going in slowly but I jumped in and was swimming around all day and it was very welcome.
The pool bar- the bar staff were excellent and always went out of there way for you. Nothing was too much trouble. Yes the cocktails are strong but you get used to that. In the day time you will get small plastic cups for all drinks from the bar. Come 8pm you will then be served with glasses obviously for safety reasons ect.
Animation team- I felt sorry for the animation team some days. I saw on Facebook sites that they arnt doing alot ect and since being there I can see for my self
just how hard they really do work and try to get everyone involved but it's not there fault if holiday makers want to be boring. Haha. They offer pool dance around 11/12, water polo at 3pm and killer darts at 4pm. The variety of the music around the pool during the day time was great and something everyone can relax too in the sun sipping there cocktails. Please could you forward my review to Nicole, Natalie And gabor these guys really do deserve praise 👏
Night entertainment- great variety of entertainment for all. Mini disco was amazing even I got on the stage at times. They also have karaoke, dj night, bingo and a reggae night. Once again animation do a fantastic job.
Overall location- the location for this hotel is ideal. Yes it's on a hill so it will be staggered about on different ledges but this is what makes thus hotel stand out in my opinion. The view from c block bar is just out of this world. And You really don't need to venture far from your room to get the awesome views. Yes there is aircraft noise during the day time but you soon get used to that and after the first day you forget about the noise. Being a ten minute walk from the centre of caleta means you can have an early night with out the hastle of the noise from the various bars in town but then again if this is what you want then it's just a very short walk or 4€ maximum in a taxi each way. There are some road works going on at the moment around the hotel but you don't hear this through the day time. This hotel is a great place to go for the money it costs. I'd you book expecting 5* luxury then just go to the large hotel that are adult only. This is a family holiday hotel. It is what you make it.
