Just back from a week here and it was great! Food, staff and whole resort was perfect. We had a balcony room, air-con and cleaned daily. The pool, food and bar areas were all clean and tidy. Entertainment every night. We ate most days here except 1 night and had lunches out but food was plentiful and tasty. Staff friendly and helpful. Would definitely go again

Wonderful clean hotel. Just back from a weeks stay with my family.
Amazing staff including the gardeners, caretakers, waiters, cleaners, reception staff, entertainment staff etc. All so helpful and kind.
Location is great. So close to a local park with climbing walls, gymnastic bars etc.
Food was always fresh and cooked well. Not many vegan options on the themed nights but that's standard for all inclusive menu.

Just come back from a great week at Arena Beach, yes it's a little dated in places and some wear n tear as you'd expect with a busy apartment complex but we have nothing really to complain about , food was varied and mixed and we enjoyed every meal we had, the drinks on offer were great . I would recommend you take a plastic pint cup with you as they charge you 1euro to rent a small cup for the day but we took our own and used them . The rooms are small.and basic but very clean and they have you all need, excellent WiFi and air con. Maid service is 5 days a week .
We were based at the bottom of the complex by the smaller pool and splash pool which is much quieter and more relaxing than the main pool, some sunbeds are claimed by towels by around 8am but still plenty available . The staff are all friendly and very helpful .
If your after a small, friendly place to stay with nice food and a good location to walk into the local town then stay here, you will find little marks here and there but your not staying at a 5star luxury resort. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This is a lovely hotel, not very big, lovely pool and it's great having a room right next to the pool. I found the food was lovely, always plenty of seating in the restaurant & the staff clean up quickly after you, however, there's not many smiles on the staffs faces.
There was quite a few 🪳 cockroaches about off an evening (outside pathways) but that can't be helped I guess, never had any in our room though. There's a nice little shop on site and another smaller pool too.
Over all I would go back but not in the summer holidays, the pool was a little crowded and lots of balls being thrown around... children are only enjoying themselves but I prefer it a little calmer.
I always fed the collared doves 🕊 and loved them visiting the terrace. Entertainment wasn't brilliant but it was nice being able to sit on our terrace in the evening and just chill and had a drink.
Overall, a very relaxing holiday, food was nice, beds & pillows wer very comfy but sofa bed was uncomfortable to sit on, but we sat outside most of the time anyway.

After reading the reviews online about this place I was very apprehensive about staying here. However after having just come back I think it was absolutely amazing. We travelled as a family of 5 and had an interconnected room, this provided more than enough space for everyone between the 4 beds and 2 bathrooms. The staff were all so friendly, it didn't matter who we were talking to they always made the effort to make sure everything was resolved for us. And then the food, there's plenty of reviews I read that spoke poorly on the quality and selection of food. I felt like nothing could be further from the truth, I honestly never had anything that I didn't like, breakfast, lunch and dinner I had an empty plate every meal. Everything about this place I found to be fantastic and couldn't recommend it enough
