We stayed for a week . Had smashing very good value holiday. Staff were always very helpful and cheerful. We had half board as don't usually eat lunch anyway. Food excellent in terms of variety and quality. Dining room service excellent Drinks a bit expensive in bar at night but similar to pub prices at home Agree room a bit tired looking in terms of decor but clean and comfortable especially beds.. Little shop in hotel really handy and very good value. Location only 10 mins from airport and two small local towns with mainly gift shops and restaurants and outdoor market twice a week 4/5 Euros by taxi or free on frequent shuttle bus. A few local very friendly bars and excellent Indian and Chinese restaurants 5mins walk from hotel. Pool area lovely with plenty of sunbeds and activities if you wanted to join in. Would of preferred it to be a no smoking area , but I suppose you can get thoughtless smokers anywhere and not a real problem. Snack bar music a bit loud at times for the more mature couple but again not a real issue. Overall a very good holiday for young families as well as us. Already planning to go again next autumn

Just returned from a week here and overall really good. Food is a bit hit and miss, but I think it’s what you get everywhere else for the price. Could be improved though. The rooms are really clean, we were lucky to have a newly refurbished room and it was lovely. New towels three times a week and bedding changed twice. All staff really friendly and you can see the manager who has only been there a year is desperately trying to make improvements. We only had one bad day where their permanent life guard was on his day off so they bought in a sub contract guard who was rude, intimidating to the women and stuck his fingers up at children. Safe to say the manager dealt with it and took time to go and speak to everyone around the pool to apologise. The guard was sacked! Pool area clean, plenty of beds, but the pool could do with hoovering out more than once a week. We will definitely return. It’s definitely a safe, quiet and pretty hotel.

Lovely hotel and such friendly staff, especially the Animation Team (Good Morning!) Would have given 5 star but we had to request extra towels as only enough for 2 people and also had to request loo roll on one occasion. Rooms are basic, which was what I expected and very clean. Restaurant had a good variety of food, something for everyone, even fussy eaters. Hotel is a little isolated but for €4 each way, you can get a taxi in to the town. Would have been nice to have been able to have a late check out but due to the hotel being full on departure day not able, however we were able to use all facilities and have a shower at the on site gym.

Not really sure how to start this. It had some good points but mostly bad. I've added a video of our room so you make what you will. For me and my wife it was awful. The rooms are old, alot of things broken and out of date. Major rip out and start again needed. Furniture is not fit for purpose, kitchen area appalling with not enough accessories if you was self catering. Pan handles ready to come off, microwave is in a sorry state, light switch surrounds failing off the wall, bath needed to be replaced, lights not working, battered work tops. The showers run out of cold water at rush hour in the evenings, you can be standing having a underpowered shower then all of a sudden be getting burnt as the cold water has run out!!! Very dangerous especially for kids. We went all inclusive so I'll start with the food. It was absolutely appalling!!!!! Labeling is poor at best, mystery meat burgers and stews, the veg that doesn't get used up pops up in another meal covered in a sauce in the evening. Around the hotel you have nothing so if you have to stay hire a car. They cram you into a restaurant area above reception that you have to wait for tables, if you are lucky they will open the 3rd floor but you will have to keep coming down stairs for food and drinks plus the 3rd floor is dirty and dusty with emergency lighting hanging out of the ceilings and damp marks all over the roof. They do have a massive hall out the back near the sports area that is equipped for a food hall but it doesn't get used. The pool area is a joke!!! 169 rooms with only 89 sunbeds!!!!! You can imagine what it's like from 7:30 until they unchained the beds at 9 / 9:30. It's ridiculous!!!!! The island has much better hotels than this one. Good points are the staff are nice, beer is fantastic and for kids who don't know better it's fun.
