Excellent hotel, very clean and generally lovely. Staff so nice and helpful, willing to help you with everything. Very good choice of food and very tasty. This hotel have heated pools which is important as we visited in February the sea and the other pools were too cold. Amazing stay really enjoyed.

The animation team are amazing and really made our holiday with the different activities they run daily, the evening shows and dance floor in the evenings.
Their high energy and positive attitude is reflected in the work and you can tell they love what they do which makes you want to talk and get to know them more. All the staff are so friendly and willing to help with everything. They feel like family especially when they remember your name and joke around. The rooms are beautiful so spacious and so clean the view of the beach from the room is unmatched. Would 100% recommend this home away from home.

Heated outdoor pool is fantastic in the winter weather and there are a lot of them to choose not crowded at all. Good for both children and proper swimmers. Staff are really helpful and happy to find you a sleep chair at any time. Food at restaurants are nice and in various busy or quiet zones at most times of the days.

This is a nice, kid-friendly hotel with multiple pools, including a few heated ones. Despite the hotel being quite large, you can always find a less crowded pool. The beach is very shallow, making it unsuitable for swimming but ideal for small children to play. However, just beyond the shallow area, the sea is full of plastic. During a short snorkeling trip, we managed to collect a whole bag of plastic waste. The reef is severely damaged, so there’s not much to see there. The hotel's diving school is quite expensive, so I recommend booking elsewhere, where pick-up is often included. There are many other diving schools nearby offering diving and snorkeling trips.
In February 2024, only one buffet restaurant (Topaz) is open, but the food there is good, with vegetarian options available every evening. The staff is friendly. The snack bar food is basic, but the kids enjoyed it. Note that no food is available between 5 PM and 7 PM, so plan accordingly if you return from a trip during that time.
The hotel offers entertainment every evening, including music and shows.

I recently stayed at Jaz Aquamarine in Hurghada, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. Whether it was the fun poolside games, evening shows, or engaging activities for both kids and adults, the entertainment team went above and beyond to ensure everyone had a great time. They created a lively and welcoming atmosphere, making it easy to connect with other guests and fully enjoy the holiday spirit.
