The animation team are amazing and really made our holiday with the different activities they run daily, the evening shows and dance floor in the evenings.
Their high energy and positive attitude is reflected in the work and you can tell they love what they do which makes you want to talk and get to know them more. All the staff are so friendly and willing to help with everything. They feel like family especially when they remember your name and joke around. The rooms are beautiful so spacious and so clean the view of the beach from the room is unmatched. Would 100% recommend this home away from home.

I recently stayed at Jaz Aquamarine in Hurghada, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. The hotel is stunning, with beautifully maintained grounds, spacious pools, and access to a gorgeous private beach. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it a perfect retreat after a day of activities.
One of the standout features of this hotel was the exceptional service. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The variety of food at the restaurants was impressive, with plenty of delicious options to suit all tastes.
A special highlight of our stay was the entertainment team. They were incredibly warm, energetic, and truly made our vacation unforgettable. Whether it was the fun poolside games, evening shows, or engaging activities for both kids and adults, the entertainment team went above and beyond to ensure everyone had a great time. They created a lively and welcoming atmosphere, making it easy to connect with other guests and fully enjoy the holiday spirit.

We stayed as a family in December 2024. Everything was superb.
The check in and out process was very smooth, all our special requests regarding rooms allocation were addressed. The staff is extremely friendly, helpful and professional, they are really putting a lot of effort and passion to keep everything at such a high level.
Hotel facilities like pools (cold and warm) and aqua-parks are amazing and very clean. Rooms are of decent space, clean and beds are comfortable.
Food is delicious, well prepared, is of great variety and available around the clock almost everywhere in the hotel.
The hotel is huge with many neat facilities, this could make it a bit challenging for old people to get around but is somehow solved by the club car that gets anywhere and is available all the time.
The beach is very shallow to the extent that a sea swim was not possible.
The gym is very small and not well equipped and could open a bit earlier.
The animation team is doing a good job to keep everyone entertained, day and night.
Overall, this is a great place to stay and enjoy your vacation, especially with kids and family, definitely recommend.

Halfway through our stay here, and we are very relaxed. The buffet is very good and had a wide selection. The spa treatment was also very nice. Rooms are nice as well. Needs better coffee tho and new sunbeds. But everyone was very lovely and helpful. Also I should probably note that I was asked to do this review and watched whilst I did it, however I was as honest as I could be 👍🏻

This hotel came to the rescue when our plane broke, and not only managed to get the entire flight and crew in the same hotel, they did this quickly, graciously and with fantastic service. We were all greeted with a welcome drink, checked in within in 15 minutes of arrival ( with over 140 people, this can't have been easy)and shown to our rooms. Not only this, as it was so late in the day, normal dinner service would have been finished, so they organized a late dinner for us all from 10:30pm until 1 AM.
Service was incredible, food was beautiful, the hotel itself is absolutely stunning. If I ever return to Egypt, I won't hesitate to stay here. I didn't want to leave.
They sorted us all out with a smile, even though they must have been shattered. Even our drinks were replenished as soon as we had finished them. Pure heaven. I am so so grateful for this hotel and the fantastic staff they employ. They made a bad situation into, probably the best experience of the whole holiday! ( Apart from swimming in the red sea with the fishes).
