So , last summer me and my girlfriend went there. Price was not low , but it was still highseason so we took a chance. The only think we loved was the location and that the hotel had a cute coffee shop with pastry products near by. Rooms were dirty and the smell was awful. Something that made us "worry" everytime we had to go at the hotel. We asked the manager to change our room , but apparently it was full , and his only solution was to spray something in the sewage. Zero effect, no apologies , no discount no nothing. We kindly asked to leave and get our money for the remaining nights , to go somewhere else , and they refused. (Dont understand why , because the hotel was completly full and apparently would have no issue renting our "beautiful" room in a heartbeat after our departure. Anyways , we left a bad review , and in a instant , PR reached us , and asked us to remove the reviews from google and booking.com , and as reward would refund us a part of the money. We accepted, as we were after a pricey holiday , buut , even today we have not seen a penny. 5 months. He kept saying that he sent the money but our bank blocked it
No such thing , total BS. So dont get fooled only by good reviews here , as many of them got deleted the same way.

Staff warm welcoming and polite. Rooms clean and service excellent. Rooms a bit dated but clean. Entertainment and entertainment team brilliant throughout the day not just of an evening. Pool areas and bar perfect. Great family experience, would definitely come back again.

Excellent hotel.
Very clean, quiet rooms.
All the staff were great to deal with.
I can see why they have so many return visitors.
Location is perfect. With a lovely beach just out the side entrance.
Pool bar does a nice selection of tasty grub, and drinks, including adults and kid cocktails.
The pools here are lovely, and with a great entertainment team, there's always things going on during the day and night and they include everyone.
Everything you need is within walking distance really.

Don’t be fooled by the high reviews!!!!!
I ve experience a big scam with this property. While I was there, I told them many times that the room was extremly smelly and dirty. It smelled like a public toilet and I m not joking; I requested a room switch but they said it s fully booked so I had to stay there and endure the conditions. After leaving, I gave them a bad review (of course) and the manager contacted me to talk about the situation and offered his appologies and to give me a discount or to get almost half of the money back (about 100 euros) . I said okk . In return he asked me to remove my review from booking and g maps because it affects their staff who s working hard to mentain the standards. I removed my reviews from booking and g maps and he kept saying that he sent the money. It s been 6 months almost and still no refund!
I m not mad about the money, but how could I believed in what he said. I am sure he does this on a daily basis to mentain a high score!

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience.
What I liked:
- Location: The hotel is on a beautiful beach, although not on the first line.
- The swimming pools are well-maintained and enjoyable.
- The staff at the restaurant were always friendly and attentive.
- The sea view from the room. Unfortunately, it went together with extreme night noise.
What I didn’t like:
- For the price of 350 euros per night, I expected a much better overall experience.
- The nightly entertainment was extremely loud, continuing until 11-11:30 pm. Even with the windows closed, the noise made it impossible for my children to sleep.
- Bathroom: The family room, accommodating four people, had no locks on the bathroom door, which was inconvenient.
- Room towels were not changed during our stay.
- Meals: The selection and taste of the meals at the half-board option were limited and not very appealing. I wouldn’t recommend it.
- The reception experience was well below expectations, which was disappointing.
Overall, I wish I would’ve chosen another hotel for my family holiday at this beautiful beach.
