This hotel has seen its glory days, the rooms are in need of renovation and a deep cleaning. The floor in our suite had lots of long dark hair everywhere, also crumbs and dirt. The walls have spots and there is mold in the shower.
The only good thing about the room was the outside space, the suite has big terrace with nice views of the ocean. It would be nice with some shade over the small splash pool. Another good thing is that the hotel has its own parking house, for a cost.
Breakfast was chaos, too many loud people at the same time, long queues to the egg station. Not a nice experience.
We didn't use the pool as there were too many people there, its packed with sunbeds so there is hardly any room left.

I do not recommend, crowded, you have to wait to enter for breakfast, lunch or dinner, too few places too many guests, crowded, at the pool if you leave a towel a lifeguard with a beard will take it out and you will no longer have room on a sunbed. rooms very old, broken sockets, dirty sinks, unwashed floors, mold in the pool, mold practically in an unpleasant nook, the pool with lemons from the hotel offer costs 20€ per person per day, if someone comes by car the parking costs 20€ per day, only one slide at the pool works, the shorter one. If you have children I do not recommend, boring.
I do not recommend turning on the ceiling fan, a thick layer of dust, and after the air conditioning the children have white throats, sick also they have not been serviced for a long time.
Finally, on the last day, while leaving our backpack on a deckchair, we were robbed of our JBL headphones, which had been taken out of a locked backpack that had been left unattended for a moment.

We been in here for 5 days all inclusive.
The hotel is very clean,with modern architecture ,very spacious and with an amazing view from the balcony.
The food,wide variety where to choose from ,desserts,fresh fruits,fresh cocktails and everything you need.
The rooms are cleaned daily very well ,not just surface cleaning
Loads of activities for the kids,including playground,kids club,rooms to play,arcade games and swimming pools making it the perfect choice for a family trip
The staff at this resort,Don’t have enough words to thank them ,AMAZING ,absolute brilliant people very focused to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
The inside pool,and jacuzzi are heated so you can swim and enjoy even if the weather outside it is not nice.
The beach it is just opposite the hotel if you want to get a bath in the sea.
Plenty of shops next to the hotel.
Will definitely come back and will recommend this hotel to everyone.
It is MORE THAN WE EXPECTED,much more ,making this hotel the perfect place for a family.

The hotel room is old but it is clean and big
The swimming pool area is the best part of hotel in my opinion
The dinner is a hit and miss ( more a miss while we were there) unless you find a good deal I only recommend the breakfast. The dinner is not necessary in my opinion
It is a big hotel and with tons of guests so keep this in mind.

The location was lovely, as were the staff, but the entertainment was rubbish, all in french and at 10pm. So basically there wasn't any entertainment for kids. Also the food wasn't good and didn't cater well to my daughter's gluten free and nut allergy requirements.
