Our room was not the best one bed was broken and it's very basic but clean enough, pool is the size of a bathtub but they have another one on the roof which is amazing at night with a cocktail. Food was surprisingly good just no free alcohol even tho we brought a package that said it includes 3 free drinks. Location is spot on few minutes from the beach, takeaways and shops. Highly recommend getting a car as we did and then your options are endless as what to do. We drove all over the place and made the holiday even better. Majorca as a whole is fantastic and will definitely be returning in the near future.

We werevery happy with our stay. The room was nice and clean, enough space and cleaned every day. The staff were very helpful and kind. They let me come to breakfast 15min early since we had bus to airport at 8:10. I would higly recommend renting a car from the hote. They will set you up with a car near you for the best price you can get in the whole city. The food is different every day and it is really tasty. They cook something everybody eats and somethings are from ther culture, it was a great mix. Bus stop for airport is in front of the hotel or in some destinations 100m from the hotel. 10/10 would recommend.

Good location, nice pool, comfortable rooms and friendly staff.
The breakfast is good, however you can't say that dinner is included but then force people to buy drinks - could not have tap water or even bring my own water to dinner (so basically you are forced to buy drinks from them). Apart from that it was a good stay.
Ray Cross
The hotel location is its best feature, about a 5 minute walk from the beach with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Hotel staff were friendly, and helpful but needs more of them around during dinner time. Food choice for dinner was a bit repetitive, but nice tasting and good quality. Now with desserts, i cannot stress this enough- the desserts are the best I've ever had hands down. You will eat your own body weight in cakes and pastries if you're not careful. Room wise You have to pay for a safe which is something I've never experienced before. The same goes for the TV, you have to put a deposit down on that. I didnt have a kettle nor any shower gel or shampoo etc in mine either which i would class as standard at other hotels. Rooms are quite basic, but kept clean, beds are ok. Beware if you have a room overlooking the pool it is quiet loud. People who seem to love to shout after a few too many beer's and road noise from passing cars will wake you up in the night. Of course this isnt the hotels fault though. Breakfast selection is pretty good, needs more fruit options in my opinion. with regards to the pool, the main one doesn’t get much sunlight due to the position of it. There is one on the roof which is lovely, but there's no sun beds on the roof, which is something to be mindful of. Overall this is an above average hotel, there's nothing bad, it just needs some improvements here or there. Good value for money I'd say.

Clean rooms, super friendly and helpful service, great location and good breakfast/dinner.
You're within walkable distance to the beach (5 mins), restaurants, bars and nightlife (5-10 mins) and you have a bus stop to Palma right in front of the hotel door.
Breakfast is your standard buffet offering with some additional options. Dinner was superb with different options every night and really tasty food. Drinks are not included, but they're not too pricey.
Overall a great option if you're going to Mallorca.
