The hotel was amazing in every aspect. Just a few steps from the beach and with 3 swimming pools.
Food was great, especially fish and seafood with so many different options.
Our room was spacious and comfortable, providing us with the perfect environment for a relaxing family stay.
Animators enthusiasm and energy were infectious, and they truly made the stay more enjoyable for the kids. They went above and beyond to ensure that everyone had a memorable time.
Overall, we would highly recommend this hotel for a family stay!

The Beverley Playa is a large clean, well presented hotel but I found it fairly disorganised in relation to the different levels of board and how people were treated. Full board and gold hat to drink from plastic mugs but paying guests got glasses. A cocktail on full board was plain but if you were paying you got fruit! The food was adequate only, there was little variety and the sauces were heavily over salted or greasy. I felt there was a lack of any decent fresh fruit and the offerings that were provided were not as fresh as I would have hoped. The most disappointing was that, in a hot country, there were no water fountains or stations where you could obtain fresh drinking water, all water had to be purchased. I asked for a kettle in my room which cost me €14 and a €10 deposit - which to me seems extremely excessive. The nights we were in the disco room we were not allowed to take in drinks or water so had to buy bottled water at an over priced rate but I am not sure if it was a hotel rule or our group had hired the bar so they were applying the restrictions, either way there was no air conditioning in a room with no windows so we needed hydration! I used the gym a couple of times and though there was equipment one of the running machines was broken and the towels were not replenished so not always available. Despite signs clearly stating that you couldn’t reserve beds with towels this didn’t appear to be supported so you have to search to find a free bed or lug the about into the sun. The dining room seemed to always be lacking cutlery and rarely had a dessert spoon. There were multiple locations for the crockery but again you had to search to find the one item you needed whether you were early or later to eat. We upgraded to full board for our first 2 nights as we knew we would be having drinks but with the quality of the food we chose to stay on half board for the remaining 6 days hence we noticed a clear difference of how we were treated on full board vs being bypassed when on half board - even the animation team looking for participants in their ‘fun’ games walk past and would rather have 2 people play than include someone on half board! All in all we had a fun time as we were on a dancing holiday with a large group.

We just got back from a mini break, the hotel it self was super clean. rooms are all single beds, rooms in need of a refurbishing.
We came in all inclusive…no welcome water or little extras on arrival. Not kettle etc in rooms. All inclusive was not great, no where to make your own drink, no water stations available unless asked at the bar , so Had to buy bottled water @ £3.
The food…breakfast was ok. Lunch and dinner was the same repetitive awful food! Cutlery wasn’t readily available, fruit flies all round the fresh juice machine.
The pool was lovely but cold, sun loungers available, but most of the pool is shaded, very limited sunbathing. Pool bar is not included.
Entertainment staff worked hard.
Staff were lovely , young man on check in was very welcoming.
And view sea side was beautiful as long as you don’t mind heights.

This hotel had everything we wanted upon arrival. The staff were super friendly and helpful, they would always go above and beyond to help. The rooms were always clean, the pools were well maintained and the overall experience was amazing.
There were a few slight downfalls, however, this by no means ruined the experience but I do think there could be some slight improvements. The quality and variety of food wasn’t very good, now this can be a regular occurrence when all inclusive but we did find ourselves walking to restaurants outside the hotel and paying for food even though we paid for all inclusive. The beds also were not overly comfortable and you are only presented with 1 pillow.
Overall, this hotel had everything we wanted for a short trip (5 days) great staff, amazing weather, warm and clean pools, good selection of drinks and just an extremely peaceful experience. I would definitely come again but maybe only half board.

Stayed here for a week and was very nice. Pool nice and cool and plenty of sunbeds around it. The little bar bit by the pool where you can help yourself for food was good. The restaurant could’ve had chips every night which would’ve made it better, and sometimes hard to find things as they are scattered about. Staff on reception friendly and easy to talk to. Would definitely go back.
