The worst holiday Experience we had in our life. If any one looking to book this hotel please do it only if you don't get any other option. Please don't compromise for a small amount. They might offer cheaper rate but the service is also very cheap. You obviously pay for what you get. Rooms were poorly maintained. Requested a handy man to open the balcony door and even after 24 hrs no one turned up. I requested Sangria cocktail for my wife and I was told that it was over but when I came back to order i saw people drinking Sangria. Why were we told that it is over? And why others were served Sangria. Oh my God. Please stay away if you want a good holidays.

Upon arrival, the hotel looks nice, in a good location on the beach front. It is at the far end, so you either need to catch a bus, walk, or use a taxi to get anywhere.
There is a shop about 10 minutes walk from the hotel where you can get tea bags, milk etc as the hotel only provides a kettle and 2 cups in your room.
Rooms are not the same as advertised on, on the beach (well, our room wasn't)
The decor is very basic and dated.
The staff are very friendly, helpful, welcoming, and have been excellent with our 4 year old.
The food is good, but there is a lack of children's options, and if you have a fussy eater, you will struggle. The children's playground area is very run down and has broken slats on the climbing frame and a crack in a swing.
2 good swimming pools, just very cold.
Good verity of entertainment. However, if you are placed where we were, you probably won't get much sleep until gone 1am.
Overall, I wouldn't say it was more than a 3 star. Although we did have a pleasant holiday we wouldn't come back to this hotel.

Lovely hotel, my partner and me have made the most of it.
However there are a few downfalls I’m going to warn for any British, Welsh, Irish etc coming over.
The food is extremely hit or miss, breakfast is good and you’ll get bacon, eggs, chips etc alongside fruit. However dinner is a different story. From the insane queues coming out of the door, to people barging you out of the way, giving you dirty looks and just being plain rude isn’t good. The food can either be really nice, or taste extremely bland.
Some of people in the hotel can be rude, give you dirty looks and simply just not like you being there. Especially if you’re a woman with tattoos.
The hotel itself is ok, and that’s being honest
It’s basically in the middle of no where, with some pubs, a couple of shops and restaurants. If you really want to see the place you’re going to need to bus or taxi around everywhere as myself and my partner did throughout the time we stayed here. So be wary you’re going to be doing a LOT of travelling if you stay here.
We came out of season so some things were closed, like the hotel pool which isn’t there fault that’s ours with the time of the season we’ve come.
Additionally the rooms are okay, but arriving on our first night our balcony door didn’t close, and we had to watch a security randomly try fixing it with a coat hanger.. Which was an experience. In the morning I asked reception about having this fixed and at first they tried parring me off, saying “it will be fixed sometime today” basically expecting us to wait in on our holiday, so with me having a few choice words they fixed it immediately. Which they should’ve anyways.
The rooms itself are okay, simple but ok. The cleaning staff are absolutely lovely and always happy to help with a smile on their face.
2 out of 4 receptionists we have met have been helpful. 1 receptionist who was bald with a beard wasn’t very helpful and dismissive about the balcony door situation and the other one directed us wrongly and gave us information that was not accurate.
Other than that, my partner and me did enjoy it as we were out of the hotel every day so never spent time inside, but if we did I’m sure this review would’ve been much longer.
My advice?
Look into other places first, look at places closer to torremolinos and other parts of the area as you won’t be disappointed there.
Other than that, my partner and me did have a wonderful holiday but we wouldn’t stay here again.

Really good hotel yes there are horror reviews on here but we saw none of these but we did go in February 2 days after the place reopened yes the pool is freezing but what pool is warm in February! The animation are amazing diago,saray and celia are so good at keeping the kids and big kids entertained!!
We enjoyed ourselves so my we are coming back in October!!!

Only been here one full day and I cannot fault it we've had the best day ever. The staff are outstanding for entertainment and so polite. They cannot do enough for you.
Also the food is lovely and such a variety you won't starve here at all!!! Please don't take notice of any negative feedback u see online it's everything you want and more here.
The view is stunning looking over a beautiful beach.
We will definitely be back and we still have a week left here.
Absolutely loving it !!! And so are our kids.
