My initial interactions with the hotel were quite disappointing, to the point where we considered canceling our booking. I reached out via Booking.com because, despite the hotel being advertised as open 24/7, we discovered that check-in ends at midnight, and we knew we would be arriving later. Unfortunately, it took several days to receive a response to my message, and we only got a reply after calling them directly which cost us an international call. Additionally, the day before our arrival, we emailed the hotel regarding pool towels. They confirmed that towels were provided but failed to mention that there would be a charge: rental cost of €7 per towel plus a €10 deposit. We ultimately decided to purchase towels from a nearby supermarket for €8 each which allowed us to keep them. A great unnecessary souvenir. This brings me to another point: while the hotel is marketed as all-inclusive, many essentials are not included, such as pool towels, the safe deposit box, Wifi, and the TV remote, all of which require a deposit. As a result, we ended up watching Polish channels for our entire five-day stay. The pool area, where we spent a lot of our time, was spacious, featuring two pools and plenty of sunbeds. Just a heads-up: if you want the best sunbeds, be prepared to wake up early and place your towels! One last point to mention: since this is an all-inclusive hotel, you can imagine that a lot of cups for various drinks are used throughout the day. While there is a significant emphasis on recycling in Tenerife, around the pool—where most of the all-inclusive drinks are served—they use cardboard cups and plates. Unfortunately, there are no recycling bins available. I understand the practicality of using cardboard cups, but from a sustainability perspective, this is not ideal. It could definitely be improved.

Not good at all!! Never will come back here and DO NOT recommend. 1st day I end up with nasty food poisoning, but that’s just me. But… food awful, drinks awful, rooms very old and not that clean. No remote - have to pay, no WiFi - have to pay, pool towels - have to pay, round coffee - have to pay. No iron and no kettle no hairdryer. No shower gel miniatures, just bars of soap. No beach near by either. Apart from nice scenery and helpful staff, ppppffffff no thank you.

For a budget hotel this place is fine. The food is mostly edible (although I was served raw chicken one night) but there is not much variety and the food is not replensihed that often meaning there is often items unavailable for a long time. There is a snack bar available throughout the day but it seems like too much trouble to ask the staff to cook something so we didn't eat from the snack bar. The rooms are basic but clean and the cleaners come round daily. They change towels and bedding twice per week but if you want them changing more frequently you have to pay per item. There is no free WiFi and you have to pay extra if you want it. I did not have very good internet signal all around the hotel. The room does not have air con, only a fan, which was fine for us as it was out of season but I definitely would not stop here during the summer season. There is a good size pool which is clean. However the sun loungers are not great. The drinks are very basic and all inclusive finishes at 10:30pm which is quite early. The complex has a nice village feel to it, and like others has said it has lots of potential but requires renovation. The entertainment is very basic but one night there was a live singer who was really good. There was only day time entertainment on the Saturday. There are excellent transport links to bigger areas such as Las Americas, Los Cristianos and Costa Adeje, the bus takes between 30-45 mins and is really cheap. The hotel does not offer late checkout, and despite us arriving late on our first day and missing a day's meals, we were told that the all inclusive would end after we check out in the morning so have missed outon a days worth of meals.
Overall for a budget holiday I can't complain because you get what you pay for but I wouldn't stay here again.

So firstly on arrival greeted by a lovely chap at the desk and directed to our room.upon arriving at the room it was very basic, outdated, not clean and in need of some tlc.
INEED OF TLC AND CLEANING
Firstly broken tiles on the floor loose fixing for the shower to the wall. Dust on the sides, on top of the wardrobe, shelf’s and bathroom. A side note to cleaning is that on the information sheet your a given they tell you that you will have bedding changed at least 2 times a week where stayed 7 nights and was not changed once but was remade.
FEES
when I booked this hotel I was under the impression that we would have a few things included as follows
Wi-Fi
Safe
Tv
Well little did I know , the safe requires a deposit plus a fee to rent per week. Wi-Fi costs 5€ per 24hours and was rubbish also only one device to be connected per transaction . Tv requires 20€ deposit per week we stayed which only have very few channels.
All inclusive
The food was not great seem to always have fish on the menu through out the day (not a fan of fish) so barely ate the food included. Snacks are available in the day from the bar but again very limited to what you can have. Drinks are included at the bar from 10:30am - 10:30pm drinks are available after 10:30pm but you have to pay for them. So in all inclusive was definitely not worth it.
STAFF
staff seemed great and friendly always happy to help so it seemed
AREA
Area was ok but you will see this when booking so be prepared to travel. DO NOT USE THE BUSSES.
So in all I would only stay again if was offered as self catering (which they don’t offer) just to be able to get some sleep but stay during the day due to all inclusive really not being worth it.
