Hello, I would like to thank you and commend the 11 days of vacation I spent at your hotel.
I don’t understand the negative reviews (at least most of them). Sure, the hotel might not be for picky guests (I assume those who spend 20 thousand on a trip to Egypt – but I can’t judge, as I’ve never been). But if you just need a place to sleep, are happy to meet always-smiling staff (I don’t know where they get the energy to keep smiling at grumpy tourists :-) ), enjoy having a drink and having the sea nearby, then it’s a great place.
Even though there was a water pipe issue during my stay, I don’t see it as a reason to get upset. Well, it happened – the water was off for about 4 hours, and a repairman worked on my bathtub for an hour or two. Honestly, that did startle me a bit, but I understand. A renovation of the pipes would probably be a good idea, I don’t deny that.
Three times a week there was live music – the Monday singer was the best! It was great, fantastic! The only downside was he didn’t do an encore.
Anyway, for the price we paid, it was great, and I definitely recommend it.
Sending a big thank you to all the staff. And if you aren’t lazy and clean up your dishes after yourself, you’ll be rewarded with another bright smile and a thank you, possibly even in Czech! :-)

Hello. I am very disappointed and I will raise a few issues that led to my dissatisfaction. Let me start by saying: The lady with blonde hair in the cafeteria is very unfriendly, the food is very poor and repetitive (not seasoned). After two days, you can no longer look at this food. If you have purchased the breakfast and dinner options, you can only drink water, where this is abnormal because for breakfast you can drink all drinks (tea, coffee, juices, drinks) coffee machines, still no operating in a tragic condition.People with all inclusives behave like cattle. Pour drinks into bottles in front of the staff and wrap food in napkins while they take it away, and the staff does not react.No one informed me when checking in that I could only drink water for dinner and the lady with the blonde hair asked in a very arrogant way, in her own language, that everyone should look our way. The staff speaks very little foreign languages. They talk among themselves and address comments to customers in their own language. They work there as if they were a punishment.I had breakfast paid on the day of departure. My flight was at 6 am. I received information that I would get a paid breakfast, but I couldn't even drink coffee.As for the hotel, apart from the beautiful view from the terrace and close access to the beach, it requires a thorough renovation. The cabinets are in a terrible condition, the curtains are very dirty, there is mold on the bathtub, there is sand in the bed, the elevator looks like it was about to break and is already showing its age.The only advantage is that the cleaning ladies are nice and do their job very well.Finally, Mallorca is very beautiful, but I will never return to this hotel

I would like everyone to see and read our review regarding this hotel, ie the Management, jet2 holidays, the staff, guests and also anyone thinking of going to stay in the future. Firstly let me start with the positives, this hotel is situated in a great location with some lovely views. Our room was spacious and on the whole kept clean n tidy etc. Nice views overlooking the beach and sea from the dining area and rooms with side or front sea view. The staff seem to work very hard and try their best were they can within the hotel rules etc. We stayed all inclusive but were very disappointed with the food as it was either cold or repetitive, and drinks were either not available or served in plastic cups. However I would still like to thank the staff and would like to highly Commend to the Manager the actions etc, of the young barman who was threatened, abused in front of us by a Drunken British Male who said he would kill the young barman and tear the hotel apart if someone did Not find his pair of so called expensive trainers. We say are are proud to be British. Well that evening I was Ashamed to be British as the actions from this guess should Never happen and the Hotel, Management, Tour Company etc, should have asked the drunken guest to leave, vacate or called the police and had him removed from the hotel. I can only apologise to the Outstanding young barman, and to the Spanish people for this Individuals iddiotic childish behaviour, for his lack of respect to your staff, hotel service and your beautiful country etc. We did see the manager around the hotel on occasions knowing she maybe busy etc, but wish you had welcomed us in person to your hotel, and I really think you could have the Best hotel in Sillott if it was just given alot more love, care and attention etc. Finally for anyone thinking of going to Sillott, Sa Coma, in the near future, we loved it and would love even more to return to the Mix Colombo Hotel if the issues I have raised were addressed et. Also many thanks to Jet2 for their fantastic service flights and more. We hope to holiday again with you very soon, our kindest regards and thanks

First of all this is a 3-star hotel just for the location mostly. The rooms are very basic and outdated. The food is limited and a very small buffet, no choice...super disappointed...they put leftover food for the next days... we messed up our stomachs with this tasteless food. Plus you have to stay in a queue to get this food.
I won't come back here anymore. This hotel needs a renovation asap

Fantastic value for money.
Have your meals overlooking the beach. Clean and comfortable beds. Great variety of very tasty food. Couldn't find fault with any part of our holiday here.
