Great hotel, right on the beach. Nice staff Breakfast is buffet style, everything you could want hot or cold food. One criticism is the plates are cold so the cooked food goes cold quickly. Nice room with a great view of the sea. No kettle 😒 you have to hire from the hotel. English tv if you want to catch up. There's a free to use iron in the laundry room in the basement. The roof terrace and bar is the star attraction, wow absolutely fantastic views! Outside space is nice with a huge pool, the pool is not heated. There's plenty of sunbeds . I don't understand the negative reviews of some people but we had a nice 4 day break and all the staff were helpful inc the lovely housekeeping senora on floor 6. Definitely worth a visit. Thanks to all Barracuda staff. 👍

Visited here for 4 nights in August with my husband as an early birthday trip for him. We were greeted at reception by a kind, smiling lady. She checked us in and informed us that though we hadn’t booked one, we had been upgraded to a pool view room. The room itself was bright, airy and clean. The large balcony was unbelievable with gorgeous views. The cleaning staff were so courteous and did an excellent job. The pool area was well maintained with plenty of staff around the area to monitor sunbeds, lifeguard, serve drinks, etc. our absolute favourite was the cabana beds facing the sea. The male staff member who looked after these was so friendly, helpful and welcoming. He actually made our holiday. He looked after us and gave us 5 star service. A lot of work has been done to the hotel since we last visited and it really really shows. The facilities are immaculate and we already cannot wait to return in May 2025.

Clean rooms, we didn't pay for sea view so ended up on the side of hotel that gets no sun on balcony at all but does have a sea view as do most rooms, if you want sun you need to ask for pool view. Staff were nice, great staff, lots of bars to choose from and literally on the beach. There was lots of different things to choose from at breakfast and dinner. Would definitely stay again.

Was worried after reading some of the reviews. But i have to say, Amazing hotel. Amazing and such friendly staff they made my wife and our baby son so welcome everyone went above and beyond. Our baby will miss all the attention from staff he was always looking out for them in their uniform to give a smile and a wave. Rooms lovely and clean each day. The service I'm this hotel is amazing it is just spot on. Food is good with plenty of choice Would recommend to anyone. Great location in the middle of everything and right on the seafront. The massage is highly recommended, had feet done for me and the wife, wow amazing! Would recommend paying the 20 euros for the beds for the day waiter service is exceptional Great.

I stayed for 12 night and was not impressed. To begin on arrival we were told my brother was allowed no further to help with luggage even though the receptionist saw I had my hands full the baby and all other bags. The rooms are standard, nothing special. Housekeeping seemed to have an issue with cleaning though. If we said yes to cleaning there would be a sigh, and a look at the watch as if it’s too much to ask. Even when it was cleaned the floor wouldn’t be cleaned, leaving my sons socks black on the bottoms from dirt! The hotel clearly had an ant problem as they were in the corridors and my family members bath! Breakfast buffet was a waste of money to say the least. Full of flies , we cut open an orange and it was pure black inside… If you stay on the pool side, be prepared to have a noisy night ahead of you. They start karaoke about 9pm each night which is extremely loud, you can hear every word so clear.. not ideal when the baby is trying to sleep The hotel seemed to have a strict policy with family visiting but allowed members of the public who weren’t staying in the hotel to come every day and use the pool facilities. On check out there was no “ how was everything” or even a “ Thankyou” just a no outstanding charges. Overall the staff didn’t make it welcoming for us whatsoever. Receptionists always looking moody. The only staff member who was always welcoming was the bartender by the pool who worked most mornings. I wouldn’t return.
