Wonderful place! The room was very spacious with an amazing sea view. The hotel has a gym, a buffet-style dining area, a swimming pool, and many other facilities, as well as a large parking lot. The only downside — funny as it may sound — is that there was no toilet brush in the room.

I would not recommend this hotel. When we arrived, the room was dirty – especially the bed linens, which were clearly not clean. There was no daily cleaning service at all during our stay. We were four people, and while the room was technically meant for that number of guests, there were far too few towels provided for all of us.
The staff was also very unfriendly and unhelpful. On top of that, you have to pay a deposit for almost everything, which felt very uncomfortable. Even basic things like toilet paper were not available, which is really unacceptable.
The only positive thing I can mention is the breakfast – it was okay, not amazing, but at least decent compared to the rest of the experience.
Overall, very disappointing.

If I can give ZERO I would the 1 star is for the osean view. We had a terrible experience with this poor hotel. The management is absolutely not professional nor have any interest to help guest. Money oriented people
Our shower was BLOCKED see photos and the we didn’t had internet on the 4th floor. All day so if you work from home avoid this place at all cost ! They just blaiming each other and pointing fingers to others
The pillows are so skinny you ll break your neck ! When address all this issues they staring “ you never said that “ so record all and keep your record with photos and videos like we did ! I am definitely filing a complaint ! The stuff are not professional and do not take any notes. Specially Tony in the reception totally waist of money avoid at all cost

Pros:
The 2BHK apartments are super spacious and each room comes with an attached bathroom and a huge storage and private balcony. The views are spectacular. The beach views are Amazing. The pool is nice and warm, it’s not too big though! Has a small pool for kids and has a bar by the pool.
Very close to bus stop and 2 stops away from benal beach and Bilbil.
Cons:
The service is ok. The kitchen has adequate cutleries and pots, however nothing to clean / wipe. No tissues, limited toilet paper. They want you to buy from their supermarket.

Very bad exspiriance.
School excursion and too much noise from the outside hall.
But we didn't do reservation directly and maybe if we know that, we wouldn't come.
Also it would be nice from guy on reception on our check in to give as warning about chilldren all around hotel.
Room is not so good.
Only location alone is worth money.
