Great location for all you want and easy to find from train station. Hotel nice and clean throughout. Rooms can do with updating as very basic. Walls are thin so can hear other guests. Bathroom very small and kept hitting head on wall when using the toilet. Housekeeping staff very friendly and serviced room every day. Sky bar staff rude don't bother. Only one receptionist was friendly and that was on checking in (didn't get her name) all the others were arrogant. Nice touch from hotel manager for birthday where we were given a bottle of bubbles to drink.

This hotel is beautiful. Don't listen to other reviews. The room was great for just 2 of us ( room only ) the beach is a stones throw away and all the restaurants and bars on your doorstep. Ideal location. The pool is lovely and at night it's a beautiful bar. The room's are cleaned everyday with fresh towels and bedding. It was my special birthday whilst I was there and they bought me a bottle of prosecco to my room with a lovely note wishing me a happy birthday, which I thought was a lovely gesture. You also have a small fridge in the room, so we went to the supermarket to get bottles of water. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Great hotel for the money, very central so great location and just behind it is what's known as "fish alley" which is full of great restaurants of all different varieties. The rooms are a good size and clean although do lack storage for your clothes, we only went for 5 nights and we had to leave a lot of our clothes in the suitcase. No bedside cabinets which would help. The sky bar is a great addition to the hotel, we never struggled to get sun beds although with it been November the temperatures were not high, but pleasant. The sky bar drinks are really expensive I thought compared to other bars near by €6 a pint when it's half that most other places. I think the bar should be discounted for hotel guests as we would have used the bar a lot more if it was better priced. The service at the bar was frustrating too, if you went to the bar you got told to sit down and that it's table service, but if you wanted a drink the only bar staff member who actually walked round the pool area was Daniel, by far the best bar man who actually gave good customer service, I found the rest quite rude at times. Overall I would stay here again if the price was right, although we did have some rowdy guests on a couple of nights waking us up in the small hours playing loud music.

Very clean hotel and staff very friendly and helpful. Great walk in powerful shower ...rooms cleaned daily. Nice balcony with a lovely view. Lovely rooftop pool with sky bar. Our one complaint is about the air conditioning...it is not extra to pay for but in all honesty it is non existent! We stayed in August and it was very hot but our room was never cool, night or day. The aircon units look very dated and maybe need upgraded. It is a shame because it would put me off staying here again, as it was difficult to sleep at night. Our daughter's room was the same. However, if this was improved we would have no hesitation to return.

Here as part of a group of 6 women (various ages). We went to the roof terrace bar and pool and sat together in our group of 6 on the sun loungers. There was only a few other people there when we arrived at 10:30am. Bar staff member asked us not to move any of the sun loungers - we hadn't moved any simply pushed them closer together.
At 12:30pm we were told to leave the staff member who was with a security guard. We asked why as we weren't causing a nuisance of ourselves and we had been there from 10:30am. We were told it was because we were not allowed to move the sun loungers beside each other. The staff were very rude towards us and we had other guests defending us as we had done nothing wrong. I have never stayed in a hotel where guests have not been allowed to push sun loungers beside one another and there are no signs up anywhere stating that this cannot be done.
While we were getting our things to leave, others (not British) were moving sun loungers around in front of the bar manager and member of staff who asked us to leave . This was pointed out to them and nothing was done until it was highlighted for a 3rd time when the member of staff (I believe his name is Pedro) pulled the sun loungers back and asked us if we were happy!
Not a hotel recommended for groups larger than 2 people if you want to chill by the pool together!
