Our experience at the hotel was wonderful. I would like to mention Antonio first of all for the moment of arrival. Every morning we were impressed by the quality and diversity of the food available at the breakfast. Daniel was always extremely attentive. The cook who prepared the omelette every morning is a delight :) , always cheerful and attentive. We served dinner twice and were very pleased with the many varieties of meat & fish, for the service and the enthusiasm of the employees. Congratulations!

Overall, hotel is new with very good facilities. Excellent staff, always happy to help.
Food is great, with a lot of choices for everyone.
Small negatives: hotel charges for coffee capsules in the room (three are complementary, the rest you have to purchase). For a 5 star hotel, this is a bit silly.
Rooms are new, clean and spacious. However, in our shower the water was always leaking outside the shower door. Looks like the floor angle in the shower was not done properly- result is a large paddle in the bathroom.
Hair conditioner is not provided as well - in my view, not acceptable for a 5 star property.
Reception- everyone is extremely helpful and nice, except one person - Iryna. It was a first time that receptionist made me feel like a schoolchild. Apparently, it is not acceptable to ask for beach towels at the reception, even though we were told at the beginning that towels are available at the reception and the pool and it was fine for 4 days in a row. Very rude and unwelcoming.

The hotel is beautifully designed.
The rooms are big, nice and clean.
The dinner is amazing.
The Breakfast is bad !
It’s start at 8 a clock, and at that time you get already cold dry pancakes.
The cheese and the Ham looks not really fresh.
But who ever put the kiwi at the buffet, should change his job , any passion chef would put it strait at the bin.
Even at 9 a clock no one touched the kiwi.

All was perfect, food, rooms, pool area, location, reception staff, breakfasts… The only missing thing was some security system. During my stay by the pool I got attacked once by some drunk Germans but it took around 15 minutes for pool guard to come. And he couldn’t even solve the situation. But I understand that’s because this is very uncommon in the hotel. I just didn’t expect to feel not 100% safe there. But besides that everything was perfect and I would for sure come back again! It was my best vacation ever.

Service is ++++++++10000 stars. Bar staff on bottom floor could not do enough for you. Genuinely made our holiday! Spent ages trying to find a channel to show the Chelsea game for my partner after seeing him watch it on his phone which was really sweet. Our first night we arrived us at 1am and they left us a cold dinner selection in our room 🤍🤍🤍
Rooms are lovely and cleaned spotless everyday. Pool is perfect temperature.
Food has a lovely meat and fish station which is cooked fresh infront of you. Pizza, chips and different pastas for my fussy eater boyfriend also. They have a chef special every night. The sweet potato mash and beef was my personal fave. Breakfast has loads. Fresh fried eggs, bacon, sausages, cured meats, beans scrambled, eggs, cheese, toasties, freshly made omelettes, bread, cereal, lots of fresh juices, fruit. Rooftop bar is lovely just a little bit expensive. Location is 5 mins from the beach but leads out to quite a Rowdy area full of Germans that are drunk- but all in very high spirits and lovely in general. being British this was quite intimidating at first especially after reading negative reviews but there is no need to be. We read plenty of reviews about how the area is dominated by Germans - and it is. This really put us off but don’t let it - they’re not rude or hostile at all they just want to have a good time so enjoy it. Restaurants nearby all spoke some sort of English so was easy to order. Beach was beautiful. Palma town is close by so we spent a day exploring there. Use Boleor to book a boat for the day from can Pastilla or Arenal - reasonably priced and very friendly and easy to book. Amazing holiday- one for the memories x
