We had a lovely holiday in January. The hotel looks beautiful and the rooms were nice. The all inclusive drinks were good, included good brands.
The staff are fantastic. The bar staff are funny and remembered my orders.
The animation team are another reason we will return as they made us feel especially welcome and got us involved in the foam party and lots of activities. Special shout out to Ivan, Joanna and Lisa who regularly came to put smiles on our faces.
Our only improvement would be that the food could be served hot as some of the dishes chips and rice are not.
We will return!

Fantastic hotel in Costa Calma. Great views, great beach, great amenities, great food, great drinks and great rooms.
Everything was fantastic in the hotel. Beach is phenomenal and sun was rising directly out of the water making morning swims into out-of-this world experiences.
Food was fresh and hotel staff tried to offer something different every day. Fresh fish and meat selection was fantastic.
Drinks were great with local Spanish beer on tap and with multiple brand name liquors available.
Room was clean and had a great view, AC was quiet and cold, bathroom was clean and shower was hot.
Would 100% come back. See photos and videos.

Relaxing in Costa Calma
Reception staff were extremely friendly from arrival to departure. We paid for an upgrade and very happy with room, lovely view and very clean. We had half board but paid extra for lunch and food was lovely as nice selection. Disappointing with evening meal as had to go to main desk to order drinks and this was a regular Occurrence. It’s obvious that they don’t have enough staff at evening time . Not a good selection of food. For evening meal we tried other venues. Nice location for a quiet time away. Enjoyed relaxing by the lovely pools. The bar you have to queue at night for a drink and again more staff required at busy times. Also the bar location could do with some renovations as outdated. Went during November

Our recent stay at H10 Tindaya was a mixed bag. While there were some positive aspects, there were several significant issues that detracted from our overall experience.
The hotel’s location was convenient, and the staff were generally friendly and helpful. The child-friendly facilities, such as the baby pool, were a definite plus for families. However, the rooms, even the junior suites, felt outdated and could benefit from a renovation. The sea view from our room was partially obstructed, which was disappointing.
The most concerning issue was the security of our room (610). There was a significant gap between the door frame and the lock, which could easily be exploited by anyone. Despite reporting this to the staff, no action was taken to rectify it. This is a serious security flaw that needs to be addressed immediately.
The hotel’s “privilege” system seemed unnecessary and foolish. It created an artificial divide among guests, with certain pools and areas restricted to those who had paid extra. This system detracted from the overall experience.
The food, especially at breakfast, was inconsistent in quality and variety. Additionally, the hotel’s drink prices were excessive compared to local establishments.
The room cleaning service was inconsistent, and the air conditioning was often turned off unnecessarily, which was particularly frustrating during the hot weather. The check-in and check-out processes were straightforward, but a 50 euro deposit was required for half-board, the reason for which wasn’t entirely clear. The bed was comfortable, but the noise level varied. The room had a large vanity mirror, hairdryer, and a shower over bath, though the shower lacked multiple settings and the bidet faucet was broken.
Overall, while the H10 Tindaya has some potential, the significant security issue, coupled with the questionable “privilege” system and other shortcomings, significantly impacted our stay. We would recommend that the hotel prioritize addressing these issues to improve the guest experience.

Room was great (we were on the top floor with an amazing sea view).
Service was a little slow at times.
Costa calma is great. However on a couple of days there was a really bad smell of sewage outside around the hotel. This even affected the top floor and made it unpleasant to relax on the terrace / balcony (and may also be a health hazard).
From reading prior reviews, it sounds like there may be a sewage plant causing the issue nearby.
