Pepe on pancakes brought Joy to our mornings, children loved the fresh chocolate pancakes made by him! Our evening entertainment was 10/10 and Lucas and Dante are a huge credit to the Animation team. Lucas is clearly very devoted to his job and highly skilled too, a true professional!! The best entertainment we have seen, their Broadway show was outstanding!! Well done to the team, you deserve rewards for your hard work and efforts. Dante was comical and flamboyant and we just loved him too!
The hotel was clean and well maintained and nothing was too much at all. Management were visible and approachable if needed. Which dealt efficiently with any issues or questions we had.
Another great, memorable stay here. Thanks for everything! X

This is the first holiday I’ve experienced with my 4 young children alone, I was slightly nervous to say the least before arriving at the hotel…. And without a shadow of a doubt, the Hotel blew us away with their professionalism , support, nurture towards my children & myself… it was outstanding and I will be forever grateful.

They embraced my children, understood my needs and absolutely made us feel so so happy, safe and created smiles we’ve never had the chance to do before… and I thank them sincerely … Lucas, the most amazing host & his professional presence with the children was second to none… Jennifer beautiful inside & out… Anna, like a big gorgeous sister to them all… and all the others I didn’t get chance to get there names but thank you with all my heart… for giving us memories we will never forget xx

Loved our stay. Pepe serving at the buffet was fantastic, brings joy to the mornings. Entertainment was fantastic and Lucas & Dante were very good at their jobs, and providing exceptional effort outside of the entertainment areas. If I could rate more than 5 stars I would. All the staff are so polite and the rooms are very good.

Great hotel, especially for families with young kids. Got one of the merlin rooms, really big. 2 single beds though, I'd rather have a king size bed, as the beds moved easily.
The staff were all so kind and helpful. Lots of activities. Has direct access to a beach, but it's not a great one. Not the best location if you don't have a car, but there's a bus route nearby.

I recently stayed at Gran Castillo Tagoro One Hotel with my family, and it was a genuinely refreshing getaway.
