A hidden gem in a quiet place. Marisa on the reception is such a lovely lady 🙏 couldn’t do enough for us (thank you Marisa) Me and the wife went here last year (23) and found it so lovely we decided to go back for our wedding anniversary and a birthday(24).The food is good always a good choice. The rooms are very clean. The staff are very accommodating and very friendly. 3 lovely beaches. A bus stop outside the hotel which you can get to the market s on a Wednesday + Sunday . View s are amazing. Look forward to seeing you again in 2025. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

It is a brilliant hotel, you get what you pay for. This is a very beautiful place and the hotel is placed perfectly next to 2 beaches and a small walk from another. There is not much of a night life surrounding the area, but this doesn’t affect the hotel particularly. If you are wanting a holiday that you want to go out to clubs and bars this probably isn’t the one for you. But is perfect for a quiet relaxing holiday as a family or couple, entertainment was really good and all of the staff were very nice and attentive at all times. They are hard working and always smiling, We were very lucky to have a beach view, our hotel room was perfect. We had a brilliant holiday.

The best thing about this hotel was the room with an amazing, charming, and beautiful view! It was honestly the best view I could get in this hotel. Another good aspect was the customer service; everyone, from the reception staff to the housekeepers and waiters, was very kind and friendly.
However, this hotel has many disadvantages:
- The food is disappointing 98% of the time. I don’t understand the reviews claiming "very good food, delicious" etc. If you cook decent meals at home, the food here will likely taste bad to you. I didn’t expect caviar and champagne in a three-star hotel, but at least fresh food would be nice. Instead, we received very hard bread, dry scrambled eggs, dry sausages, overcooked hard-boiled eggs (with gray yolks), very low-quality cheese and ham, and often fermented tomatoes and cucumbers. The cheese on the pizza didn’t even melt. Most pastas were covered with too much oil, and the sauces seemed to be made from powder. Some days, it was hard to identify the dishes as many items lacked labels. One dessert had whipped cream topped with fermented blueberries. It seems HACCP standards don’t exist here, with many dairy and other items left out of cooling stations during service. The chef handling raw whole eggs then cheese, bread and ham without washing hands between tasks, and waiters handling clean cutlery after dealing with dirty dishes, raises concerns about cross-contamination. We had an all-inclusive package but ended up eating outside most of the time due to the poor food quality.
- We opted out of daily housekeeping for environmental reasons, preferring to reuse bed sheets and towels. However, even when we put the "please clean" sign, the bed linens weren’t changed; only the towels were replaced. I had to leave a note in Spanish and a 5€ tip for the sheets to be changed.
- The curtains in the room were extremely dirty, with many spots and black dust. This level of dirt is unacceptable.
- The balcony doors were very heavy and difficult to slide, requiring a lot of force and patience to open or close.
- Noise from the bar downstairs could be heard from blocks away, every day until midnight.
- On 22.07, starting at 22:50, we couldn’t take a shower for half an hour. There was no note with the reception’s phone number in the room, only a poster with late checkout prices. When I called using my cellphone, no one answered, so I had to go down to the reception to be told that the water tank capacity was insufficient and it would take about 30 minutes to refill. This happened again on another day.
- The room ventilation was poor, often leaving the room smelling like a toilet even after being away for many hours.
- The air conditioning was inadequate. While it was cooler than outside, it didn’t match the temperature shown on the control panel

This is a lovely hotel for what we paid! Mid of June, all inclusive but not adult only!
The room was basic but clean. Food was nice with plenty of variety. The staff were fantastic and very pleasant.
The views were lovely with sea views and mountains.
All in all a very nice place to stay but if your looking for luxury then this hotel isn't for you but we'll definitely be going back!
