Food is a hit or miss but overall, it is good for what you pay for. Waiters were lovely and on point. The pool areas are fantastic for the little ones. Me and my wife stayed here with our 2 year old, it took him a while to come around to the cold water but eventually he started to enjoy splashing around :) the small park on site was an added bonus. My son loved it! The mini discos for the kids are fun at night. The hotel is generally aimed at children, so this ticks all the boxes as a family hotel. Rooms, very basic just how i like it, nice comfy beds, mini fridge, good wardrobe space and a balcony with beautiful views. I liked it here and would recommend this hotel to anyone who's travelling with their little ones

We had a great time! We're a family of 4 with a 2 and 5 year old. We all thoroughly enjoyed our holiday here. There was always loads of choice for food and the host and waiters were all lovely! Made us all feel welcome and clearly liked kids which was nice. The slides/pools were all great. Huge amount of choice and lots of space, cold but you got used to it - especially in the warm sun! The entertainment was great too. We didn't see much, but the pool bingo was lovely family fun which had no fee and prizes. The kids loved all being a part of it. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone! Great location too with the bus just at the bottom of the road and beautiful beach ahead. Thank you all!

Worst WiFi any hotel I’ve ever stayed in Three phones between us. And it’s a roller coaster of up and down connection. Had to complain 3 times in only a few days for them to reset the router. They need to sort this out. Super frustrating. Other than that. Hotel was fine. Very small rooms. But water slides were great and the kids loved them. Definitely not a hotel for couples. Only young children. Would recommend eating away from hotel. As it’s average at best. Helpful and friendly staff. Can’t fault any of the staff. They work hard and super friendly.

It was a nice hotel. There is only a 5 minute walk to the beach. The hotel is equipped for those with wheelchairs, and less mobility issues, as there are plenty of ramps, and access to three lifts to cater, for those with or without mobility issues. On the lower pool there is a hoist if needed. The staff were welcoming, and friendly. The room we stayed in was spacious for the two of us. There was plenty of storage space, and enough hangers for what we needed. The bathroom was nice, including a shower above a low shallow bath. There was no toilet brush, so I had to improvise at one point. The reason for the 4 stars is because of the food being served. As some parts can be a little cold while they should be more of a warmer temperature. And some of the food doesn't taste as you would expect from the UK; for example the garlic bread tasted like dry and stale bread. Some of the jelly tasted like rubber. There are a few microwaves dotted around, but you shouldn't be expected to reheat food that should be warm enough in the first place. There are aspects of food hygiene that I would question if this is up to scratch. Also to mention is that the metal steps to get in out of the pools, some were a little loose, and felt that they needed fixing.

Rooms were quite adequate, and kept clean. Food was really good, better than expected. Our daughter and granddaughters, really enjoyed themselves. There were a number of negative reviews prior to us going, but to me the rooms are for sleeping in there can always be more space, but I wonder what some people want. The negative food reviews left me wondering, do some people not understand about mass catering. The selection of food on offer was really good, and I mainly found the food I selected to be good. If there is a negative, I would point out the evening entertainment. However it is a family hotel, and the entertainment was geared very much to the kids. Overall a good holiday
