This hotel is amazing, I was worried upon arriving due to all the horror reviews I have seen. If you’re looking at this hotel book it ! You will not be disappointed. The food is lovely and there is something for everyone. The all inclusive cocktails are delicious. 1 minute walk to the beach the hotel has its own path that leads directly onto the beach. Our room was beautiful not dated whatsoever and we could also use are wristbands to unlock the door instead of a key card which was so much easier. The entertainment made our nights every night was different. The beds are very comfortable and rooms are spacious. I don’t have a bad thing to say about this hotel, we will definitely be back.

Pleasantly Surprised - A Fantastic Stay! I’ll admit that I didn’t have high expectations for this hotel, especially after reading some of the previous negative reviews. However, I have to say, my family and I were absolutely blown away by our experience. It was fantastic! Considering the budget-friendly price, we couldn’t have asked for anything better. The location was perfect—just across the road from a beautiful beach and only a 3-minute walk to restaurants, shops, and everything we needed. The food exceeded our expectations as well, with plenty of delicious options to choose from. And, much to my husband’s delight, they had Cruzcampo lager on tap with self-service! We loved it so much that we’re already planning to book again for next year. Highly recommend!

Firstly I'd like to say we stayed here 5 nights. The staff at reception, waiters and cleaners were lovely. I did notice the waiters worked long hours, the quiet gentleman waiter was constantly very hard working and attentive and I'd like him to recieve recognition for his hard work. The gentleman at reception that greeted us upon arriving was lovely and flunetly multilingual, he was also attentive and responded well when I had any questions. We had a nice clean room with bathroom facilities, yes it was a bit outdated however nowhere near bad as some other reviews. Negatives: 1. On the 2nd night we were returning our cups to get it refilled and we had returned 2 drinks, the barman proceeded to make one drink and mentioned that I'd needed to pay an extra 1Euro for the other, he had not noticed the two cups stacked together. I mentioned this to him and straight away it was an attack and he came to defence that I was lying. It was such a petty interaction and made me feel embarrassed. I didn't care about the 1euro but the concept that I was being made out to be a liar. I did not feel comfortable returning to that bar and had to get my partner to interact with him when needed. I complained to reception who listened to my complaint, however hope in the future that this barman is kinder to persons as I noticed he snapped at other guests too. 2. The smell at the entrance of the restaurant and lounge area is so horrible, smells like rotten blackpudding or something rotting. The food at the restaurant was very repetitive and not much flavour. 3. 2 out of 4 pools were open, the bigger pool did not have chlorine inside/lack of chlorine. 4. Entertainment was quite deflating here, luckily there was another gavimar hotel entertainment available across the street, however we were not told we were able to access the facilities there too and only found out on day 3! My only recommendation to guests is that the other gavimar hotel across the street has better facilities, a much better restaurant with grill service and a fantastic pool. Unfortunately I don't think it's worth returning to this hotel for the price but the location is lovely by the beach. ¡Muchas Gracias!

Don’t be scared away by the one star reviews, in my opinion, people just like to whinge about anything and everything and expect a 5* service in a 3* hotel. The hotel is old and needs a little TLC BUT everything else was amazing. The hotel is spotless & clean, the food was great quality and there was plenty to choose from and the staff, every single one of them are super friendly and lovely! I’ve flown from Australia to visit family in the UK and we would 100% stay here again!

3 star hotel and it's more than adequate. Food can be a little repeatative but other then that it's really nice dishes. Generous buffet of food to choose from morning, dinner and tea time. Drinks, well what can I say, either the spanish don't understand a measure or they are drunk themselves, you literally get s cup full. We are most certainly not complaining. I have really enjoyed my stay, staff speaking English and attempting to conversate with us and patient with our attempts of spanish. Got to add the cleaners who work long hours too are amazing and should have more recognition then they get. Would highly recommend the stay 👌
