It was the first time on the island and we were traveling with family. Booking was made via third-party but that still didn’t disappoint, upon arrival reception staff was friendly and made modifications for us in the room as we asked to change one of the beds. The hotel itself is really good, we had daily meals included in our stay which was amazing and tasty. Extra thanks I want to send to the animation team (and especially Mau) that was entertaining us throughout the trip and made sure all the guests: little ones and the adults are enjoying their stay and are having fun. They find a special approach for each kid and that is lovely. Anyhow, thanks to everyone there that made our stay the way it was and I can easily recommend the place to everyone who wants to enjoy a relaxing but fun holiday. :)

booked 9 months ago party of 8 booked for 2 rooms understanding beds double or twin wanting our rooms to be next to each other. However we was in a different block! 1 room was acceptable and other was very small. Bedroom had small double just fitted in the room! Drain smell and noticed fresh poo on the sheets with stained pillow cases. When able to speak to the manager had no apologies for sheets or compensated us nor able to change the room! In 40 years and staying in budget hotels and this we believed wasn’t, have any of our party stayed in such a place! However food was a pass and entertainment good and location too! was annoying to pay deposit for plastic cups for our drinks. We was all inclusive but was not after 11pm at night you have to pay

I'm being generous with an overall 3*. If you have you kids don't bother with the all inclusive as it's a joke particularly end of season. Now my son aint got the biggest variety in food but chips only available 2 days out of the first 5, chicken nuggets 1 day only and something that is described as fish shapes was more like mush in batter! My wife has been ill for a day after having the paella so the fish clearly doesn't agree with her. Drinks watered down clearly. £2300 for a week all inclusive end of season and it's clear the hotel needs a revamp. Jet² being generous calling this a 3* hotel Pool areas are ok but if there was an emergency the life guard is sitting on the bar area nowhere near the deep end of the pool so god help who needs help. Small pool near our room has no life guard coverage. I don't like to comment on staff normally but one lady on the entertainment team needs to take a look at her self hygiene as she was showing armpit hair and had an odor of poor smell for a female.

Ok so it's 3 star hotel and this is what you will get, don't get me wrong it's a solid 3 stars and we were enjoying staying here ( all inclusive). Situated very close to the beach ( it's literally 45 seconds away) around plenty of shops with souvenirs and more. Couple of swimming pools but they are closed at 18:00. One swimming pool inside the hotel but it's closed constantly ( what's the idea behind it 🤔). Wifi basically don't exist in my room don't know about others, it's work outside hotel. Staff it's absolutely awesome, waiter's, maintenance and reception, very polite and helpful. Food: absolutely brilliant you will not be disappointed 👏. Entertainment well... not bad. Cleanings spot on, we did find a cockroach, but after reporting that to reception they never to be seen. Overall a solid 3 🌟 Kid's were enjoying it and so do I. EDIT : LAST DAY AND SOMETIMES THERE IS ONE PERSON THAT CAN DESTROY WHOLE OPINION ABOUT THAT PLACE, LEAVING RESTAURANT WITH SOME ROLLS ON PLATE ( I WAS DOING IT WHOLE WEEK IN CASE KIDS ARE HUNGRY AFTER 11 ) BEEING FOLLOWED BY WAITER TELLING ME THAT IM NOT ALLOWED TO BRING FOOD AND PLATE INTO MY ROOM AND HE DIDN'T WANT TO GIVE UP. Anyway like I said one person can bring whole review down and that's what I'm going to do.

At first we found the room rather small especially as we were a family of 4 Our room was a little dated, but functional. Hotel and rooms are clean air conditioner works well Main pool can get a little crowded We used the pool at the sister hotel across the road and were quite happy. Food was excellent, can’t fault the variety and the quality and in the 10 days we stayed I enjoyed every meal. Animation Team were very friendly and the show they put on the Friday evening was great. Beach cove was close; about 3 minutes walk (see photo) Pools were only open 10:00-18:00 and for some reason one of the pools inside the hotel was never in use. Sunbeds were ok to get and as the areas and beds were locked up until 10:00 am there was no-one putting towels to reserve beds until this time
