Positives: gorgeous, well maintained and very relaxing hotel with lovely and attentive staff. Lots of entertainment and activities on offer. Largely good food available (for extra, not included in all inclusive) in the pool bar. Two lovely pools. No kids! Negatives: rather remote location (nearest town of El Rompido is a 40-minute walk and a lot of the restaurants there are only open for a couple of hours at lunchtime and closed in the evening). Buffet food was okay, but never properly hot and rather bland (was hoping for some authentic spicy Spanish fare!). Drinks selection in the day at the pool bar was limited. Entertainment got repetitive after a week. Nowhere to buy a bottle of water with a lid to take to the beach!! All in all, a lovely place to go all inclusive and relax in the sun by the pool for a few days, but beyond that you might get bored and crave a hot, more flavoursome meal!

Some negative reviews lately but we had a great time yes it needs a bit of of attention in places tile's in pool, steps in the pool,painting here and there but it didn't spoil our time. Room was clean and suited our needs staff were all good hotel was clean. Small gym (who goes away to use that) pools were good plenty of beds, bar areas good WiFi good.We were only bed and breakfast, the breakfast was good plenty of options and healthy stuff as well. We didn't have dinner as we don't really like buffet as they are always samey so we went into town every night and tried many restaurants/ bars there. It's a long walk 40 minutes no buses (there are but very infrequent) cabs are expensive. There is a bar half way to break up the walk. Because we went to town every night can't comment on entertainment although it sounded ok on our return to bed. Overall our stay was good.

Positives. The hotel is a good and the facilities and rooms are nice, the staff are friendly. No complaints. Negatives. The food and drinks. We ended up eating out every night. The food quality is poor and 50% of the people cooking it don't care. The hotel could be fantastic, but is really let down by the food. The drinks are OK..... what you would expect from a cheap all inclusive but I've stayed at nicer hotels along this part of Spain. Sun beds, we ended up renting a day bed when we wanted to sunbathe as the quality if the sunbeds and shade isn't great. Cost 25 euros including a bottle of cheap fizz. The Spa!!!! Just awful. Do not waste your money. My wife used to work at a spa and we have had plenty of experience to pass judgement. We both said separately this was the worse we have ever experienced with two separate therapists. When we checked out we asked the manager to call us as I didn't want to leave a negative review as I prefer to feedback for improvements. Still waiting for the call hence the review. I think I'm being generous with the score of a two because the staff were friendly, we had a car so could drive out for food. Final comment, alot better experiences to be had elsewhere along this beautiful coastline. Avoid if you have the option and don't bother with the spa it's dreadful.

My friend and I had a wonderful time in this beautiful oasis. This was a much needed break and I feel so rested now. The rsuperior double oom surpassed our expectations and was spacious and clean with a lovely balcony. The staff were delightful, friendly and helpful in all areas of the hotel. We loved the variety of food on offer. We will highly recommend this place to our friends. Thank you for a perfect holiday.

This was my first time abroad and I can't find a single fault with the hotel, the staff there are lovely and I wanted to give a special mention to the entertainment team Carlos, Alba, Alvaro, and Susana. Their enthusiasm and friendliness and encouragement for all to join in makes everyone feel so welcome and they're the epitome of playing games for fun and enjoyment and not taking life too seriously. Not only this but I was seriously impressed by their ability to translate game instructions, at one point Alba was translating into both Spanish, English and German, she was amazing! Their light banter and jokes make any games a 10/10, Alvaro is equally a great sport and I appreciate the extra time he took to show us how to play. The food is delicious and the cleaners and reception are incredibly helpful and friendly you can ask them anything. I would recommend for all to stay here.
