3 weeks ago me and girlfriend stayed here and it was amazing. A relaxing little sanctuary. The layout and rooms were lovely. The entertainment and activities were varied and great and led by an amazing guy called Cuba. The staff were all around the best staff at any hotel I have stayed at 10/10. They were all so friendly and informative and nothing was too much of an ask. I was trying out speaking Spanish and they were all so patient, encouraging and helpful. The pool was relaxing and plenty of free sunloungers available. The music wasn't too loud but a nice ambience. The only negatives I have is the surrounding area is a large reservoir and especially at the beginning and end of summer the mosquitos are relentless. Also the on site bar is a bit expensive. The food was generally pretty good. If you want to relax and have a great and friendly service I would definitely recommend staying here. Just want to say a massive thank you to Rosa, Roxanna, Maria, Cuba and all the bar staff and maids for making our stay so lovely

Loved our stay at Garden Holiday Village. Rooms are spacious and well thought out. Fridge and kettle were an added bonus. Lovely relaxing pool area and great breakfast. The staff deserve 10 out of 10. Every single one of them went out of their way to help, always with a smile. A special mention to Roxanne who helped us 'ladies' with all our plans.

Stay 12 hours pay for 48. Cannot recommend.
We had booked 7 nights from their website. Arrived late at night, the receptionist was very nice and kind. We got our room to find that it had not been cleaned for weeks. There was a pungent smell in the room, so we prioritized opening the terrace door over taking our shoes off. We were glad we didn't. There were multiple shards of broken glass on the floor and in the bathroom sink. The floor was dirty and stained. There were hair in the shower as well as in the "clean" drinking glasses. Dust everywhere.
We were appalled, as were the nice receptionist, but there were no other available rooms so we got a quick clean with a broom and a promise that the cleaning team would do their best in the morning.
We slept in the filthy room.
Morning came and we tried the breakfast buffet, which was bland at best. Tasteless food and rotten fruit.
We came back to our room to find that the cleaning lady had tidied our beds and left the floor dirtier than before with a dust bunny. Nothing else had been done.
We had had enough and left the hotel without knowing where to stay for the next week. The receptionist was kind but seeing as it was a sunday, there were no manager, so we returned a day later to talk to the manager but she couldn't do anything until she had spoken to her boss. We heard back two days after leaving that they would refund 5 of our 7 days, with the reasoning that we had to be "penalized" seeing as it was a non-refundable booking. As if the poor experience and severe disruption of our vacation wasn't punishment enough.

Beautiful hotel! Great breakfast included in the price, lovely clean rooms set in pretty gardens. Pool is lovely and big with lots of sunbeds. Good location, 10 minutes stroll to a gorgeous beach. As for the staff... brilliant! Special thanks to Roxana, Jose Luis, Alberto, Paco and mostly the entertainment manager Kuba.
Love to you all, Michelle, Mark, Paul and Jan.. The Donovans xxx

I have just returned from the Garden Village. I can honestly say I haven’t been this relaxed in ages. When we arrived the reception staff were welcoming and helpful, as they were throughout the whole two weeks we stayed.
The food we had there was of a high quality and the bar food was good quality, mentioning the bar, the staff there were really helpful engaging and couldn’t help enough, especially Paco, Alberto and Jose. The three of them always appeared to be happy to see you especially Alberto who is a natural comedian. The location was great and well placed for the beach but also for it to be quiet enough to relax. The pool and spa were kept clean, but one member of staff who stood out throughout our holiday was the entertainment manager/host called Kuba, he was funny engaging and couldn’t do enough to make sure we all had something to do, but also knew when to let you relax, a great ambassador for the resort. If I did have anything negative to say it would be the mosquitoes, there are plenty of them with voracious appetite, but so long as you made use of the local mosquito repellent then that was sufficient. We have had a lovely time all thanks to the staff and the location. Thank you everyone. Paul, Vicky, Katie, Billy, Mary and Geoff
