Location is great and rooms too but staff is too Spanish, Spanish is heard everywhere and not as much English plus the icing of the cake is when the head waiter asked me to remove my baseball hat because it was offensive to other guests who were complaining for the MAGA words. I thought I would feel safe in an American resort despite being in Europe. I’ll never be back to Europe

It is a stunning hotel, very beautiful site, amazing beach, classy building with great service. When I was there the rooms where lovely but quit classical, At the moment I believe its closed for renovations.
Although it’s great to explore Mallorca, this hotel feels more like a place to stay put and just enjoy that area, almost like a retreat. Having its own restaurants and pool there is no reason to go further than Pollença and Formentor because the drive is quite tricky.

A beautiful hotel in the perfect location for a relaxing break.
As soon as you enter the hotel foyer, you feel a sense of calm and relaxation; the view of the gardens and smell of the fresh flowers greets you immediately.
The garden’s are so beautiful and it’s so relaxing to wander through them, the private beach is also a great space to relax and unwind.
Finally, the spa is definitely worth visiting too.
A beautiful hotel with so many perks, I wish we could have stayed here for an extra few days to make the most of it.

The hotel offers a private parking just at the entrance of their private beach for 20€ per day and 2 sunbeds for 80€. You think that with these prices you would get the best service. Well no...they are all rude and do nothing for you. If you are hungry or thirsty you help yourself, go to the bar, pay almost 30€ for a so and so sangria and take it back to your sunbed. Nobody moves a finger for customers. After spending the day at their private beach I see that my car had been opened and some thefts took away my suitcase and back-bag since I had my flight back home on the same day. I immediately looked for the person in charge of security who, with very rude manners, tells me that she is not responsible and that she is also alone for the safety of the entire establishment. The same person tells me that it is very common for the thefts to be in the area but of course they told me that when it was already too late. The lack of professionalism was indescribable without mentioning the lack of support and help given the circumstances.
I have been trying to post this review on TripAdvisor but apparently they don’t let customers put this kind of bed reviews in their website.

beautiful hotel which i would expect for the price.exquisite rooms.
gardens amazing.
just be prepared to pay €55 per head to use the evening buffet and €40 to use a sunbed by the pool. both these are examples of ripping off people who have already paid for use of the hotel.
