The style is bright and classy and very clean.
The location just off the beach was great. The rooms are large the bathroom maybe an issues if you like your privacy as they are semi open with doors to shower and toilets but the sink is open in the room. Breakfast is great everything you could think of and very tasty and plentiful, they was gluten free options as breakfast. The roof top bar & pool open only from 11-19 it's a great spot with large sun lounges at a price they are comfortable seating near the bar. The location is great very close to some lovely restaurants and bars. The crazy strip is just a few mins away but far enough away if it's not your thing but it's worth a visit just once.
Overall it's great 5* hotel in a great location and the breakfast was excellent.

The hotel staff were very friendly and service minded without exception throughout the whole hotel. The cleaning staff kept our room immaculate without interruption to our daily routines. The breakfast buffet is as good as you could hope for with plenty of options. Nice pool area and a small but adequate gym. Location is within short walking distance of beach and many restaurants. We would gladly stay there again if traveling to Palma Nova.

Overall a very nice hotel , however I don’t think 5 star hotel quality . I think this ranking comes from the decor and the renovation . Breakfast was plentiful but basic and probably the same food you would get in a cheaper hotel . The pool area was nice but we did not go much due to lack of sunbeds for the amount of guests and chose the beach instead . The tourist tax however was extreme , coming up to 4 euros per day per person , which when there are two of you for a week is extortion. The rooms were basic , not a lot of storage space but clean and nicely decorated . I think it all depends on personal preference but me and my partner both thought the beds were average , not as comfortable as other places we have stayed that were cheaper . If you want to sit on a Bali bed on the roof top bar then the cheapest you have to pay per person is 75 euros which is just ridiculous considering how much you’ve paid for the hotel already as a guest . We found some staff to be brilliant , especially the reception staff . However some pool staff were quite blunt and service was slow at times . The location is great and I think that’s why the hotel is probably the price it is . If you look past decor then it’s basically the same as every other hotel . Really quiet if you like that sort of thing but a bit too quiet for us . Lovely place but I think you could find the same thing at most places in Palma nova for better prices and atmosphere to be honest .

Perfect hotel for it’s location, close to restaurants shops and bar. The service was excellent. Room is a little small but the views were stunning service excellent all the staff really looked after us with free bottle of Cava, cleaning and making sure we could check in early. Roof too bar was nice with excellent views, we didn’t use the pool because the water was too cold in April. The nearly beach was beautiful and clean. We enjoyed our relaxing stay. Would recommend this adults only five star hotel.

Lovely, clean and bright hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful, rooms very clean with comfortable beds and fabulous views of the bay. Nice extra touch with robes and slippers. Free safe in the room which was very useful. Excellent food choices at breakfast, the hot food could have been a little hotter but it was very tasty. Made to order omelette very good, definitely worth a try. We tried the evening meal buffet which was also very good with plenty of choice. Good location for the various restaurants and bars in the town as well as the lovely beaches. The pool area was lovely, bit shaded in the morning and unfortunately the pool wasn't heated so in April, wasn't really pleasant to use! The pool on the roof bar was also very cold but as it was smaller and in the sun all day, a couple of minutes in it was bearable. The roof bar is a fabulous area to enjoy the views and a drink. My biggest complaint is the take away breakfast provided on the day we left, I can honestly say it was dreadful, stale bread, no butter, wafer thin ham, couple of pieces of fruit and a tiny cake and no drink. After staying and seeing the high standard of the hotel, I can't believe we were provided with this. We would definately stay in this hotel again but would avoid the take away breakfast!
