We booked this hotel because we wanted adults only. The staff are very obliging and friendly, couldn't find fault with any of them. The cleanliness was exceptional and the food was spot on. However I would not rate it as a 5 star, 4 star at the most. It's been refurbished and because of this it was not built as a 5 star luxury top end with wow features. The rooms are small and we personally were not big fans of the open bathroom arrangement. You need to have the light on in the toilet compartment all the time when in use. Which is not ideal in the night as it disturbs your partner. We were lucky enough to be upgraded to a terrace room which did give us a feeling of a bigger room area. The pool area is in shade quite a lot of the time so be aware if you're just wanting to sit and sunbath. This hotel is in a good location with easy access to the beach and prom area. Nice and flat for walking. The entertainment area is very lacking when it comes to having entertainment inside. Acts perform around the corner from the very small seating area. However we did enjoyed our overall stay.

Brilliant hotel and staff. Adult only which made it a plus with the food taking it to the next level that is seriously up there with the best restaurants. If I had to pick a negative, would say the seaview room we had was a little too compact but you know what we were out most times. We will definitely be back.

Ideal place for couples, well run, staff helpful and friendly, rooms are a little small but well maintained and modern, we are both vegan and had no problem with the wide selection of food on offer with plenty of vegetables. Location was great and opposite the beach. Palma Nova is one of the nicest places we have ever been and would definitely return.

I recently enjoyed a fantastic holiday that exceeded all my expectations. The trip was filled with beautiful sights, delicious food, and unforgettable experiences.
Accommodation:
The hotel I stayed at was wonderful. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-decorated, providing a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived.
Activities:
There was no shortage of things to do. From relaxing on pristine beaches to exploring local markets and historical sites, each day was packed with adventure. The highlight for me was a guided tour that offered fascinating insights into the area's culture and history.
Food:
The local cuisine was a delight. We indulged in a variety of dishes, each bursting with flavors and showcasing the region's culinary expertise. My favorite meal was at a charming seaside restaurant where I enjoyed fresh seafood while watching the sunset.
Overall Experience
This holiday was everything I hoped for and more. It provided the perfect balance of relaxation and adventure. I returned home feeling refreshed and enriched by the experiences I had.
I highly recommend this destination to anyone looking for a memorable getaway. Whether you're seeking relaxation, cultural enrichment, or a bit of both, this holiday spot has something to offer everyone.

The style is bright and classy and very clean.
The location just off the beach was great. The rooms are large the bathroom maybe an issues if you like your privacy as they are semi open with doors to shower and toilets but the sink is open in the room. Breakfast is great everything you could think of and very tasty and plentiful, they was gluten free options as breakfast. The roof top bar & pool open only from 11-19 it's a great spot with large sun lounges at a price they are comfortable seating near the bar. The location is great very close to some lovely restaurants and bars. The crazy strip is just a few mins away but far enough away if it's not your thing but it's worth a visit just once.
Overall it's great 5* hotel in a great location and the breakfast was excellent.
