A beautiful place to stay for families. The unlimited brunch was perfect we could take food and eat outside next to the pool. The food was excellent and the ladies who were cleaning and helping were lovely and hardworking. Jesus the lifeguard was funny and kind with the kids he let them play with no worries. All the members of the staff we’re lovely and nice people who helped us in every way possible. We spent here the best week of our life we will never forget the tent and I hope to come back in the future.

Amazing hotel, having stayed in many hotels of all stars, this is one of my favourites, due to having the luxury of not having to set an alarm for breakfast/brunch is one of the main selling points as it's served 08:00-13:30 and unlimited. The pools are a decent size for a chill out too, they aren't huge but it's also a good thing as it's not crowded either. All the staff are very friendly and always happy to help. Our room was right by the lifts and we didn't hear them at all. All in all, I would definitely stay here, and more in the chain.

Genuinely an absolute gem! Steps away from the beach. The staff were incredibly welcoming. Loved the fresh, delicious food for breakfast too. Would definitely recommend…. Can't wait to come back!

Amazing value for price. The rooms were nice, clean,cozy and modern. Stayed for a week with my daughter. Rooms were cleaned everyday, the breakfast/brunch was until 1.30pm which was great because we usually got up around 10-11am so there was no rush what so ever. The variety of the brunch was very wide, fresh fruits were served everyday. Staff was very polite and helpful. It was easy to walk to the bus station where you found easy cheap transport straight to palma centre and also around 30min straight to the airport with 4€. I highly recommed this hotel :)

We recently stayed at Tent Playa de Palma, and I must say, it was an absolutely delightful experience from start to finish. The hotel exceeded all my expectations with its exceptional service and top-notch amenities. The rooms were comfortable and spotlessly clean, offering a perfect retreat after a day of exploring the beautiful surroundings. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast buffet, which ran all morning until the early afternoon. The variety and quality of the food were simply outstanding! From fresh fruits and pastries to savory dishes, there was something to satisfy every palate. I particularly loved the fresh juices and the delicious coffee that helped kickstart my day. A special mention goes to Alvaro, who truly made our stay memorable. His attentiveness and warm hospitality were unparalleled. Nothing was ever too much to ask, and he went above and beyond to ensure that we all felt welcome and well taken care of. His friendly demeanor and willingness to assist with any request made a significant difference in our overall experience. The hotel's location is fantastic, just a short stroll from the beach and close to various shops and restaurants. Whether you're looking to relax by the pool or explore the local area, Tent Playa de Palma is the perfect choice. I can't recommend this hotel enough and will definitely be returning for another stay in the future. Thank you to the entire team for making my vacation so wonderful!
