Just returned home, Had a wonderful time in icmeler once again (3rd time this summer) I stayed at faber apart hotel, This time and when posting on face book I was going there a few weeks ago I did get some negative feed back, but as always I like to see myself! We had 5 nights in faber, I requested a lower room or ground floor which I did get. (I have rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis so have trouble with stairs) they is no lift.. The hotel its self is a little place nice rooms could do with a bit of tlc but I've stayed in worse, cleaned daily and fresh towels pool is lovely! ALL the staff are amazing really really lovely, welcoming and friendly and the food was really good, especially the end of season bbq! I did want to point that out as i have a couple of negative things myself. Great area I love it round there, I stayed in sahin apartments a couple of months back and loved it so got to know a few people round there. I was excited to go back. So first of all I thought the air con was expensive £55 for a week even though I was there 5 nights? I paid it though, just thought it was a little expensive. Now I know people reserve towels in probably most hotels but this was probably the worse for it, honestly people must of been setting there alarm or half 5 on a morning as I was Awake by 6am and every bed just about had a towel on, the frustrating thing is they is 2 signs saying not to to this unless you are using the bed, towels was left there till late on a eveing not being used or returning, thing is they is a lot of shade so they is only a certain few beds in the sun and for people to reserve them with there towel but not use them is annoying. I did mention this but they just shrugged there shoulders so I went to the hotel I stayed in July, and was welcomed to go there daily! (I didn't go every day just a couple) Now this one baffled me as I have NEVER known this, but you have to buy the toilet roll! 1 is supplied on arrival but after using that you have to buy at reception 😳 I stay in a 2* hotel in west africa and get loo roll suplied during my stay, so i did think this was very greedy! But thats just my opinion. so yes they is a couple of issues and for that I probably wouldn't return. I'm honestly not mocking the place, as I said staff are lovely food was good, just the greediness for me let it down.. 😭

Me and my husband has just spent 3 weeks in this hotel dirty run down needs refurbished sunbed mattress are dirty money orientated is the owner £55 a week air conditioning £20 a week safe £225 before you start your holiday No hand rail into swimming pool a accident waiting to happen. This hotel states self catering day 1 cooker doesn't work they do replace it with a 2 ring cooker to hot to touch dangerous plus when we went to plug it in blow the electricity cooking utensils very poor, towels are gray very heavy like carpets all marks need replacing head towels are like bath mats the staff don't socialise if you don't use the bar or restaurant if you are not spending your money in the hotel you have to be up early to get a sunbed people are up at 5am putting towels on beds .The owner has a 7year old son just does what he likes splashing, shouts and rides a plastic car around the pool area it is very loud kicks all blow up laylows into the pool you can't swim from one end of the pool to other end not exaggerating they were about 20 blow up in the pool owner knows what is happening just let's him do what he wants it is not very nice when you have paid to go have a relaxing holiday. Jet 2 need to bring this up to Owers attention and needs to put money back in to this hotel won't be back

Old, extremely tired, don't even provide toilet roll...yes you have to buy it from them! Staff only friendly if spend a ton of money with them

This accommodation is a gem. The staff are very polite and friendly and cannot do enough for you. The rooms are cleaned every day and i don't know what they use but it smells so fresh. The management and bar staff make you so welcome. The food is spot on and very reasonably priced as so is the bar prices. The pool is a good size and cleaned every evening. The only down sides are our fridge didn't have a freezer and it's a climb to the top floor (4 floors),other than that it's a gem of a place.

Great holiday, one of the best I’ve had. Went with my partner and her family. The rooms were very basic, outdated too with a really small tv from the early 2000s. They were nothing special but got the job done which is all our group needed them for - safes, air conditioning etc. The pool was good, decent size and sun beds available throughout the day. The bar staff were absolutely amazing, made the holiday for us, Denis, Memmeht, Apo, Rambo and everyone else, if you’re reading this thank you so much you all were great. All the staff were lovely and went out of there way to accommodate for us,cannot fault them at all. The food was good too, the chicken wrap being one of the best I’ve had, all for a very reasonable price. The location in my opinion was perfect - a 15 minute walk to Icmeler centre where all the bars, restaurants and other businesses are, which is good because you avoid a lot of the loud music they play and the drunken people in there. The apartment is located in a quieter, residential area where a lot of locals live, shops and smaller, less busy restaurants within a few minute walk.
