We stopped here twice over a week ,
Staff are absolutely wonderful and the hotel is fantastic, spotlessly clean also.
Unfortunately the hotel is in a really poor location with no amenities save a small beach beside it.
You absolutely need a car to get anywhere.
The cons far outweigh the pros but the staff go a long way to offset the negatives

We stayed in the hotel one night before our flight and we would highly recommend it! It is nicely reconstructed and well placed next to a calm beach with good chiringuito. The original wooden floors are pretty but a little squeaky - when people in the room above ours were waking up at 3am for their flight, we could hear everything. We didn’t order half-board and ate dinner a la carte and the food was fine. The receptionist was very helpful in the morning and called us a taxi.

Unless you have a car your stuck the food is disgraceful No entertainment No pools in fact nothing to do do. If you require a Taxi they charge you for booking it. Everything is charged tea and coffee in the room charged for daily. It is NOT a holiday complex, there is absolutely nothing for Children. We booked through Tui and it was booked for a 28 day Christmas holiday break one of us is Disabled.
The Food is disgraceful we came half board there is a choice of 2 meals in the evening of their choice or go without. We complained to Tui as soon as we got here and they weren't interested they said you booked it. We did with the recommendation of the Tui Advisor in the shop we haven't anything we asked for. I would like people to seriously consider giving this place a wide birth. It's nothing more than an overnight place to stay right next to the Airport at the beginning of the flight path. It's no more than an expensive prison to us the staff don't understand what we are saying it's strictly Spanish. It's nothing more than a Travel lodge.

I booked my stay at the hotel between December 25, 2024 and January 4, 2025
When I checked in on December 25, 2024, the hotel didn't inform me that there would be a New Year's Eve party which would be celebrated with dinner and a DJ between 8:15 p.m. and 2:00 a.m. I found out about the party on December 31 because I saw a stage being set up in the hotel lobby - next to the room I was staying in. At that point, I asked reception what was going on and they told me that the party would take place that night, but that there was no longer any way of taking part, even if I wanted to, as it had already been completed.
As a result, I had to stay in my room and listen to the noise of the party until 2am, with another extra hour of noise generated by the people who were dismantling the party area.
If only, when we checked in, the hotel had had the professionalism to tell us that they were having a New Year's Eve party on the 31st, I could have made the decision to either attend the party or look for other accommodation on New Year's Eve, as resting became impossible. An important observation is that in addition to this non-existent publicity for a guest who arrived a week before the event, the hotel still has a very large area, which makes it difficult to understand the organization of an event with
loud music practically next to the rooms. Talking to the staff, you realize that they are well-meaning people with little guidance or management.
However, it wasn't just this point that wore me down: the amount of noise generated by the cleaning staff every single day from 8am is another point that shows the poor management. From that time onwards, if your sleep isn't that of a hibernating bear, you're bound to wake up. The staff who work at this time chat in front of the room as if they were on a building site. It's impossible to rest once the room cleaning starts.

Excellent. Service and food are great. Well worth walking from the cruise port.
