This is honestly a fantastic hotel. It has lots of services and they are all great. This is the second time I am visiting. Everything is generally great and what I would expect from a 5 star hotel, if not more.
Apart from the points below, the hotel is perfect, but here are the points I would improve upon :
- Location, it is in the middle of nowhere. The scenery is great but you are mostly limited to staying in the hotel and nowhere else.
- Gym - Very, very lackluster gym. Basically an afterthought/nonexistent.
- Lack of change - Between my two visits that were a year apart, everything was the same. Everything is great of course, but I would've expected at least the food to change a little bit or have some changes but it felt exactly the same. This can also be a pro.
- Alcohol was extremely diluted. I drank several strong cocktails and did not even get tipsy.
- English is at an A1 level for most of the staff and the representative staff such as Reception it is more like B2. Very basic communication is fine, but if you need something more than "One water please", it becomes hard to explain.
- Dinner time is rather short and early. Lunch ends at 16:00, Dinner starts at 18:30 and ends at 21:00. Not a huge problem, but feels short if you go down to eat at 20:30.

This hotel is absolutely amazing, every single member of staff is attentive and always ready to help. The food was the best and so much variety. Highly recommend.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Many food options to cater for every taste. The only thing I will say is that language was a problem sometimes as many staff did not understand English, so I found it difficult to communicate around the premises. Overall, it was a great stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We recently stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton Antalya-Kemer and had an absolutely wonderful experience. Our group of six travelled there with TUI from Poland.
The rooms were spotless, spacious, and well-maintained. Orthopedic pillow was available per request. Housekeeping did a fantastic job every day. The bathroom featured a walk-in shower, which is ideal especially for older guests, that were main clients of this hotel during our stay.
There was a TV with a wide range of channels in multiple languages, so there was always something to watch during downtime. One of the standout features was the free minibar in the room, which was well-stocked daily with a great selection, and the hotel also offered a wide variety of foreign alcohol brands—plenty of choice for everyone. We also really enjoyed live music in the lobby.
A special shoutout to Gece, the bartender—if you’re a gin lover, don’t miss the chance to ask about his specialty. Let him surprise you—he’s truly talented and passionate about mixing drinks.
From check in to check out, communication with guest services via WhatsApp was smooth and efficient—they were always quick to respond and very helpful. Reception is open 24/7 and staff is always happy to help.
The restaurant and service staff were lovely—always polite, attentive, and welcoming. The food was consistently delicious, with clean, well-kept dining areas. I would recommend burger station and grilled dishes. There were thematic dinner nights that added nice variety, and the desserts were divine—lots of cakes (as sweet as you’d expect in Turkey), but also amazing homemade ice cream and fruit options for balance. Coffee and tea from Mickey were great also, treat yourself to a frappe, included in all inclusive package.
The hotel also offers a great sports and activities program. The swimming pool and sauna/hamman were very clean, and having access to table tennis and billiards was a fun touch. We were lucky with perfect weather, which made the whole stay even more enjoyable, I would recommend travelling to this area late March/early April. Expect some noise due to renovation in hotel and in surrounding areas to happen, as everyone prepares for full season.
We visited in the off-season, and I’d highly recommend that—less crowded, more relaxing. I can imagine the high season might be a bit overwhelming, so off-peak is the way to go if you’re after a calm, premium experience. We didn't experience any long lines or issues with overcrowding but this hotel is really big and when full some problems due to that for sure will appear.
The only downside was the pricing of extra services like late checkout or taxi, which felt quite steep. Also tennis court was unfortunatelly out of order. That said, the city is nearby, and you can easily arrange anything you need independently. If you don't like haggling in local shops there are bigger shops like Carrefour nearby with set pricing.
Overall, this is a top-notch hotel with great service, excellent food and drinks, and a real focus on guest comfort. It keeps Hilton international standard, we will definitely recommend it to our friends and family.
