I stayed for 5 days in this hotel, and in general I am very disappointed with my stay. It is a 3‑star hotel, yet my room did not have a refrigerator or an electric kettle. I only received two paper cups and one toilet paper roll, nothing more.
One issue I have never experienced in any other hotel was being asked to pay 40 euros just to receive clean bed linens. After 3 days, I still had not received clean linens, so one night I requested new ones and changed them myself. The next day, I was told I had to pay 40 euros because they had planned to change them on the day I was leaving (day 5), and since I requested them earlier, I was expected to pay. Of course, after explaining the situation to the manager, who seemed more reasonable than the staff and pointing out that the staff never informed me that changing linens was not included in the hotel service or that there would be an extra charge, I was not forced to pay. However, this argument almost ruined one of my days.
Here are the positive aspects:
The hotel is in a good location, with access to nice beaches and bus stations.
The breakfast is good.
And that’s all.

Loved staying here! The staff were really helpful and friendly, we especially got to know Maru who was a real gem! She gave us some good recommendations and helped us with attractions we wanted to visit.
The room was a bit basic and dated - flush kept disconnecting. But overall a great experience, the pool was beautiful and pricing for the bar and food was quite reasonable compared to other places in the area. There are 3 convenient stores near the hotel as well for any necessities.

Bugs in 3 of 4 rooms aswell as problems with water and electricety. The staff rebooked us 4 times because of several incidents with bugs in our bed. Also waterpressure was low, so we did not Get to flush the toilet or brush our teeth. They also faced electrical problems during our stay who keept us awkwake for most of the nigth. One of the rooms he rebooked us to Where already Some one elses and was not cleaned witch you can see in the pictures
The staff was indeed Verry kind and helpfull to us but that helped little when the Hotel itself was in this bad condition. I hope they will fix the bug problem aswell as the water and electric system so the great staff can Stop to face disaponted guest. This is at this time just sad.
We did end up with reebooking to another Hotel. After giving them several chances to prove us better. We ordered via Booking.com witch we hope we will Get a refund from. If not this is the last time we will ever use them for future booking. I hope we can Get an excuse from both the Hotel and booking.com for putting a young teen couple thru such a horrific holiday experience

The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help with a smile. The roomkeepers were thorough in their duties, ensuring everything was perfect.
When we requested extra blankets, they were promptly provided, and even after daily service, the blankets were replenished without any issue. The breakfast was satisfactory, and the staff in the bar, kitchen, and at the reception were all exceptionally polite and kind.
The bathrooms were impeccably clean, and the water pressure and temperature were just right. However, the only drawback was the thin walls, which occasionally allowed noise from adjacent rooms to be heard. Despite this, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would gladly return.

I recently stayed at Don Miguel hotel for a week and had a generally positive experience. Despite encountering a non-functioning toilet in my room, the staff was courteous and resolved the issue quickly. The rooms and bathrooms were tidy, although a little bit of touch-up, such as repainting, could be beneficial. The outdoor and shared areas were well-maintained, and the pool area was particularly enjoyable as it was clean and provided a peaceful environment to relax. However, potential guests should note that sound insulation between rooms is minimal, and a continuous pump noise might be disruptive to light sleepers.
That being said, I want to emphasize that I did not notice any noise from the nearby airport, and it wasn't a concern for me during my stay. Additionally, while the breakfast was sufficient to fill you up, it wasn't the best. Nevertheless, the hotel provides good value for money and is situated in a lovely neighborhood that's a brief walk from the beach and a short bus ride from Palma. Moreover, airport transportation is affordable, convenient. Overall, I recommend Don Miguel hotel for those seeking an affordable and conveniently located accommodation.
