The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help with a smile. The roomkeepers were thorough in their duties, ensuring everything was perfect.
When we requested extra blankets, they were promptly provided, and even after daily service, the blankets were replenished without any issue. The breakfast was satisfactory, and the staff in the bar, kitchen, and at the reception were all exceptionally polite and kind.
The bathrooms were impeccably clean, and the water pressure and temperature were just right. However, the only drawback was the thin walls, which occasionally allowed noise from adjacent rooms to be heard. Despite this, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would gladly return.

I recently stayed at Don Miguel hotel for a week and had a generally positive experience. Despite encountering a non-functioning toilet in my room, the staff was courteous and resolved the issue quickly. The rooms and bathrooms were tidy, although a little bit of touch-up, such as repainting, could be beneficial. The outdoor and shared areas were well-maintained, and the pool area was particularly enjoyable as it was clean and provided a peaceful environment to relax. However, potential guests should note that sound insulation between rooms is minimal, and a continuous pump noise might be disruptive to light sleepers.
That being said, I want to emphasize that I did not notice any noise from the nearby airport, and it wasn't a concern for me during my stay. Additionally, while the breakfast was sufficient to fill you up, it wasn't the best. Nevertheless, the hotel provides good value for money and is situated in a lovely neighborhood that's a brief walk from the beach and a short bus ride from Palma. Moreover, airport transportation is affordable, convenient. Overall, I recommend Don Miguel hotel for those seeking an affordable and conveniently located accommodation.

We spent a week at this hotel.
We arrived there at 10 pm. Veronika, the receptionist, is friendly and so helpful. In addition, she speaks fluent English and German.
The room was very clean and organized. There was housekeeping every day and all housekeeping women are friendly and cheerful.
We were happy to have a bath tub in the bathroom, my daughter enjoyed being in the pool.
Internet connection is sometimes not that good.
There is a supermarket so near from the hotel.
Concerning the breakfast and the dinner, the food was delicious and one can find variety.

This hotel offers things to do like tennis or minigolf, a okei pool with a sweet bar 😊
It is In a German 🇩🇪 infused area in Mallorca. Close to a bus to Palma. It is not in the party street so its quiet.
