Disappointing in many aspects, but a pleasant setting
My stay at the Diamond Hill Hotel was awful! I traveled alone, and unfortunately, I don't think I will return due to the poor hospitality, especially from the servers. Although the location is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the nice weather, the attitude of the male staff was truly disappointing. The servers always seemed to be in a bad mood, with dark glares, and they were completely static when asked for service, as if we were bothering them or begging. It’s clear they reserve their attention for female guests, as for them, it’s all smiles and quick service. It was the same situation on the beach.
However, I must admit that the hotel's setting is really pleasant and relaxing. The food was good and varied, which made the stay a bit more tolerable.
Regarding the airport transfer, both to and from the hotel, it was also an unpleasant experience. The co-pilot only knew a few words in French, like "hello" and "tip," which didn’t make a good impression at all.
In summary, even though the location is ideal for relaxation and the food is decent, the male staff's attitude and the transfer ruined the experience. In fact, I recommend this hotel to UFC fighters, boxers, or other athletes looking to train in intimidating their opponents—this place is perfect for that! The servers' attitude might give you some inspiration!

Hotel room fine and clean. Beautiful view form balcony. Great rooftop bar. Dirty swimming pool. Poor kids clubs. Close distance to beach. Horrible food and drinks. Overall...AVOID! Definitely not 5 stars not even close

I spent 7 beautiful days in this hotel. Rooms, service, staff are great. Food is amazing with so many kinds of meals, and great diversity. I will visit this place again definitely. Greetings from Sarajevo ❤️

I wouldn’t say this is a 5 star hotel.
1.The rooms were fine. The first time we arrived they put us in the 0 floor, the rooms were very small and they didn’t have a balcony, on their website it says that every room of this hotel has one, so we asked them to move us to another room. The second room was fine, big and with a beautiful balcony.
2.Before I came to this hotel I read a lot of reviews. I didn’t really see people complaining about the food. For us, the food wasn’t what we expected. The same meals everyday and they didn’t tasted that good.They were a lot of options but we got bored of it after 3 days. We expected to see sushi or more fish meals, as they show on their instagram. Fish day was only one day of the week and it tasted bad.
3. The beach was ok. You can get there in only 5 minutes. The food at the beach wasn’t tasty at all.
The sunbeds were ok, but not great.
4 . The staff was really polite and understanding.
5. The elevators are really a problem, you need to wait like 3 to 5 minutes for it to come.

Staff were very welcoming and assisting during our stay at the hotel. The rooms were very tidy and clean. Food for breakfast,lunch and dinner was phenomenal. Not much criticism as it was a perfect holiday stay. 5 stars...
