During my recent stay at the Continental Hotel Hurghada, I was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service and vibrant atmosphere. The animation team, particularly Bedo played a pivotal role in making my experience unforgettable. Their enthusiasm and dedication to guest entertainment were evident in the diverse activities they organized throughout the day and evening. From engaging beach volleyball matches to lively evening shows, they ensured there was never a dull moment. Their friendly demeanor and genuine passion for their work created a welcoming environment that made me feel right at home. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a fun-filled and hospitable stay in Hurghada

Disappointing !! The food at was repetitive and lacked variety, with the same dishes served daily. Many items tasted stale, and the buffet had few options for different diets. overall presentation was unappealing. Definitely not worth it for food lovers. There were no slippers or enough towels ,Housekeeping was inadequate, with rooms not cleaned properly or frequently enough. Towels and bedding were not changed regularly, and common areas lacked maintenance. The overall cleanliness was disappointing and below expected standards.

A great, relaxing two week stay at the Continental Hotel! We had a very nice and comfortable room with a stunning sea view. The hotel has beautiful and well-kept green areas, a big pool, and a very nice and safe beach with enough space for everyone. The cleaning staff do a great job in the rooms and common areas. All the employees are very friendly and helpful. My friend and I had lots of fun participating in the daily activities organised by Line, Serag, and the entire friendly and enthusiastic animation team. We also enjoyed the variety of fresh and tasty food offered as part of our all-inclusive package, with a different theme every day. We are considering coming here again, and will definitely recommend the hotel to our friends.

The hotel is located in the heart of Hurghada, by the sea. It is an impressive building with a nice layout and typical decoration of marble and brass. It is not a new complex and you can find evidence of that in your bedroom where, behind the shining surfaces, are cracked corners and worn down fixings. It is however clean and welcome. In the complex you have sauna, spa, water sports, shops, restaurants and bars. During the winter months the massive pool is heated and you can enjoy a nice chiiled time by the pool. If you prefer the see, it is there for you as well. The food was decent with many options to choose from. The staff is polite and helpful. UPDATE: I WAS NOT THERE AS A TOUR OPERATOR! I don't know if you don't care about criticism and haven't even informed yourself about the incident or if you got this lie from the security man. I didn't want to pick anyone up from the hotel or be let in because of this, please inform yourself first before you talk about safety here. If I had claimed that evening that I wanted to go to the club "B2" which is on their premises, then I would have gotten in. And the fact that they stand by a security man who insults other people for NO reason shows that you don't have their employees under control. I have been living near the Continental Hotel for 2 years, I have always been delighted and have recommended the hotel to everyone. My family, my friends and also our guests from our company. Even I myself was always a guest at the hotel, but after today that is over. I have never been treated as disrespectfully as by the security man "badry". We tried to explain the situation to him several times and he just thought it was funny that we didn't fit in, even though several hotel employees explained to him the situation. He really laughed and smiled, to show us we aren’t important. No matter how nice the rooms are, the food etc. if you don't have your staff under control then none of this will help. I will not continue to support such behavior and will advise our guests and my family to cancel their bookings if there are no consequences. The photos with the view from the balconies, just so no one can claim that we were never there, you can see that these are different vacations.
