An amazing resort for families! The Kids Club was a true highlight of our stay – fun, creative, and incredibly well-organized. Our children had the time of their lives with games, crafts, and themed days that kept them excited from morning till evening.
Special thanks to Bahar in the Kids Club, whose warmth and energy made all the difference. She truly connected with the kids and made them feel safe, seen, and joyful every single day.

An amazing hotel located on the beach. The staff and service was outstanding. Spa facilities was one of the best I have ever experienced. Food choice and drinks exceptional. All day entertainment for families and adults was great….so much choice and fun activities. Evening live shows was amazing, we had lovely evenings sitting under the warm setting with drinks. We spent 4 days at this hotel with my partner at the end of April, and it was truly an amazing experience. With the season just starting, we were able to swim comfortably and enjoy unlimited food and drinks throughout our stay. The resort is quite large and offers a variety of different cuisines. The menus are extensive, and you can easily find whatever you’re looking for.
I caught a slight cold due to the change in weather, and I really appreciated having options like chicken soup and lentil soup available during dinner. The staff were extremely attentive to every detail, responding quickly and professionally to all our needs.
The bartenders also deserve special praise. They prepared the cocktails exactly how I wanted, with high quality and great presentation.
The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a large wardrobe where we could easily fit all our belongings. Everything we needed was available in the room. We had even forgotten our toothbrushes, and the staff immediately assisted us.
The landscaping of the resort was another highlight. The gigantic bonsai trees and the colorful, beautifully maintained gardens were like a masterpiece. Walking through the forest-like paths to reach the beach was a truly unique experience. It was a real pleasure to see such massive, well-cared-for trees in a hotel setting.
Another big plus is that the hotel is very close to the airport. It’s a perfect place to relax and unwind with your loved ones, away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, yet still very conveniently located.
I would also like to give special thanks to the entertainment team. During the day, we had so much fun participating in dart tournaments and various competitions organized among the guests. In the evenings, there were live music performances and shows that were genuinely enjoyable to watch. After 11:30 PM, the DJ performances started, allowing us to continue having fun late into the night without ever getting bored.
Thanks again to the entertainment team for organizing such wonderful activities.

If your idea of a holiday involves swimming in the sea, this location may prove deeply disappointing. The water quality is substandard, and the sea is often too rough to enjoy. The area suffers from chronic infrastructure problems, and due to the hotel's proximity to the town center, it appears that untreated sewage — potentially including waste from the hotel itself — is being discharged directly into the sea. This discharge occurs at specific times of day, with waves carrying the contaminated water all the way to the hotel’s shoreline. At times, you find yourself — quite literally — swimming in human waste.
To its credit, the hotel boasts well-appointed rooms and uses quality materials. The overall property shows visible signs of aging and could clearly benefit from a thoughtful refurbishment especially inside the hotel and corridors.
The food is reasonably varied and generally satisfactory however, it becomes noticeably repetitive after a few days, which detracts from the overall dining experience during longer visits.
The evening entertainment, if any, was minimal and uninspiring — a further letdown for those seeking a more engaging holiday atmosphere.
Meanwhile, a rather performative approach to customer service undermines the overall experience. Throughout our stay, staff members lingered nearby, seemingly more interested in securing favorable reviews than in providing genuine hospitality. One suspects that guest ratings play a significant role in how employees are evaluated by management.
The most striking moment came at checkout. Because we had raised concerns about the state of the sea and made it clear that we would not be offering a high rating, we were effectively ignored as we left — a tragicomic conclusion to an already compromised stay. Although guest relations staff were stationed just by the exit to courteously see guests off, they pointedly chose not to acknowledge us. No assistance was offered with our luggage, and we had to actively seek out someone willing to help us carry our bags to the car
Suffice it to say, I will not be considering this hotel again for any future holidays.

We stayed at Concorde De Luxe Resort in Antalya for a business trip and were very positively surprised.
The staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and always smiling, which made us feel welcome and safe throughout our stay. The rooms were clean, nicely decorated, and well-maintained. Upon arrival, we found a selection of snacks and drinks waiting for us in the minibar, which was a pleasant touch.
All the meals were excellent. The food selection was diverse and flavorful, catering even to the most demanding guests, including those with specific dietary needs. You’re guaranteed to find something you’ll enjoy.
The hotel surroundings are beautifully maintained. A lovely walking path leads to the hotel’s private beach, which is also clean and well-equipped.
In the evening, you can relax at the bar, dance in the hotel’s nightclub, or enjoy a live concert. During the day, there are various entertainment activities, all organized with great care. The young man in charge of animations and concerts even came by to ask if everything was okay or if we needed anything—he was never intrusive, just incredibly friendly and cheerful.
Overall, everything felt professional and high-level. We were truly impressed and would gladly return, whether for business or leisure.
