We came to Hotel with my famil and we have enjoyed all these times. Staff are always smiling. Drinks are quiet good quality. Foods was delicious everyday different which is important. And the room was clean. And there is entertainment programs everynight. Thank you Selen Otel. We will definitely come back

There's a girl called Neba working at Club Selen and she was very friendly and welcoming from day one. Everyone there creates a fun, warm atmosphere. A very child friendly place for families. Service with a smile and a laugh everyday! Clean rooms and all round a memorable holiday! I would recommend to all families.

Where to start with this hotel.. This could be a long one. At first glance everything appeared okay. When we arrived the receptionist on in the early hours was lovely and very welcoming. Helped us with our cases etc. The rooms are VERY small. It was blatantly obvious that my room was designed to be a double and they'd squeezed an extra bed in to make it fit 3 people, which made the room extremely cramped and left it with basically no room for anything. We didn't moan about it though made the best of what we had and got on with it. The next day we saw the food for the first time.. Breakfast was.. Interesting.. A man stood cooking eggs and then some questionable fruit out in the open. In the dishes there was a concoction that I'm guessing may of been porridge but I'm honestly not sure. It looked disgusting. Beans that looked like they'd been reheated 3 or 4 times. A loaf of bread by a toaster and some cut up baguette that was hit or miss whether or not it'd be rock hard and then when it was edible you could go 3/4 days with no butter at the hotel and there's no point asking the staff for any as they won't understand what you're saying. Lunch was pretty much the same everyday always some plain pasta. Dishes that always never looked particularly appetising. Normally reheated food. The salad sits out in the sun all day with flies flying on and off of it. All the deserts are wet and soggy. And dinner is just a repeat of lunch. Snack is normally cold hard chicken nuggets/pieces with cold chips. If you're lucky and it's burger day then they are alright and actually tasted nice. The baby pool is a puddle tucked away round the corner that has about an inch of water! I don't think I encountered one staff member apart from the manager and a little from the receptionist that could speak any English. Even a tiny bit of basic stuff. None of them had a clue. Asking for anything was like asking for a miracle. My sister asked for a lemonade at the bar and was given an Efes. The housekeeping is not up to scratch at all! I think our towels were changed once the whole time we were there and that's only because I demanded they were changed. They insisted they had been and I told them I knew they hadn't as they had make up marks on from the previous day. Even then they still tried saying they were new and didn't want to change them! The beds were never changed either. The only thing they seemed to do was a quick mop around the bathroom floor and a new foot towel for the floor and make the bed quickly - and twice they took my daughters blanket whilst making the bed and refused to give us another one when asked so I had to give her my bedsheet to use! There was a mix up with our booking and one of our rooms was down for checkout a day early by mistake and when we tried to rectify this the manager was EXTREMELY rude. He didn't try to help us and told us we either pay another £120 or get out with 2 small children. I called our rep from love holidays who was also shockingly rude and unhelpful. He laughed at us with the receptionist and said "pay or get out" if it wasn't for love holidays customer service team in England we would of either been out of pocket or homeless for the night. Not one person tried to help us or see what had gone wrong they just wanted money from us. The rep when we got there called us boring and mocked us because we didn't want to buy his excursions as we have 2 small children with special needs who wouldn't of coped well and are happy playing in the pool during the day and going out dancing at night. He said we were boring and needed to get a life. Didn't try and tell us about the area/hotel etc just wanted to sell us stuff and when he found out he wasn't going to he got up and left very quickly. If you are English be prepared for dirty looks all day from people from other countries. My daughter was regularly kicked and shoved in the pool. They don't respect your space or your kids but of course respect each others. I have no idea why this hotel is advertised for English people it is most certainly NOT for the English!

Im coming with my kids and friend its amazing holiday. I like every part of hotel from reception to room everything really good. Hotel staff are really smiley everytime and also i wanna thank a lot to animation they are realy care about so good kids i can't believe i went 2 times disco left my kids to room im never trust this hotel like that before thanks everyone..

Very bad service. The delivery of the room should be at two o'clock, but the delivery time was when they were still cleaning. There were many ants in the room. The breakfast was not good and Nimro was as black as the bottom of the fryer and could not be eaten. It can be seen in the photo. It has a very weak note.
