It is what you expect a 3 star hotel to be. Check in/out: Easy and quick. 24hr reception and given a sheet with all hotel info. Room: Spacious but basic. Decent air con, fridge and storage. Bed hard and shower quick to turn cold. Recommend marina room for view and location- closer to facilities. Daily cleaning: Very basic (bed made and towel/bin change). Don’t expect sides/kettle facilities to be cleaned. Pool facilities: Can only comment on main pool. Plenty sunbeds and big pool. Daily activities & music from animation team. Cleanliness not optimal, dirt at bottom most days and tissue/cups left at pool edge. All inclusive: Restaurant food was plenty but repetitive, lukewarm and uncooked at times. Snack bar is best, hot but fast food type of stuff. Unlimited fizzy drink dispensers everywhere but use skinny plastic cups that are reused- recommend taking own cup. Night entertainment: Pleasant and good mix provided by animation team/external guests. Done on chill out terrace next to bar but gets really busy, so seating was a problem every night even in September. Be mindful of this during peak season. Location: Cant fault it. On marina and 15-20 minute walk to either centre or egos with respective beaches. Right next to a spar. Other: All staff interacted with were lovely, speak French/English. Does feel more tailored to French (but believe hotel is French owned so makes sense). Complex is large, lots of steps and one lift (only one to get you from chill out to restaurant). All in all, had a good stay but the food is not worth it. Go in with a 3 star mindset and you’ll find it to be fine.

We arrived at the end of September,we really enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and tidy,and the staff were very friendly. The food was amazing and a great choice every day. Mamadou the chef in the evenings is amazing,so friendly and our boys absolutely love him. Always takes time to speak to all of us. It’s our 3rd time here and we will be back again next year. Love this place ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

This hotel has many pros and cons. The setting is lovely with amazing views of the harbour, the staff on the whole were very pleasant. Couldn't fault the cleanliness of the areas we used. Adult pool. Restaurant chill bar, check in was easy. Food was really nice but could of been hotter. Provide free shuttle bus in to cala dor ( near beach) Our room was very spacious and cleaned as required. But was very far from main facilities (hit 2000 steps by time returned from breakfast) yes it's a 3star but it's definitely 1 of the nicer. And we would definitely return.

The hotel itself is decent. Good sized rooms and relatively clean. However the food is truly awful, even by all inclusive standards. We ate out for the majority of our meals, thereby increasing the cost of the holiday quite considerably. Also, the water in the showers and taps are salt water, which was pretty grim. The location of the hotel, just on the marina, is great.

I love apart hotels and so I enjoyed this hotel. The hotel is in the harbour, so the perfect place for breakfast, dinner and a drink in the evening. The view is really amazing. The food was fine to do, but not of great quality. The rooms are nice, but are not cleaned properly. In our rooms we had stains everywhere: on the bed and sofa, in the curtains and even in the towels. The cleaners have to finish all the apartments with heavy bags and cleaning supplies, not handy at all and good for them. Something really needs to be done about this! The location is great. At the harbor, 5 min from Cala D'or center and 5 min from Cala Egos. All the nice beaches are easy to reach (car or scooter is needed!) And super close by. Service is great! Very friendly. This hotel meets the 3 stars. I would come back if the room was better cleaned and then without dinner.
