Hotel nice, rooms pretty basic but have everything you would need. We have a family suite, our space is quite small but kids room is big enough. Food is very nice and lots of choice. It was my birthday while we were there and a surprise bottle of champagne was sent to the room which was a lovely gesture. Plenty of entertainment for small kids under 7 but not as much for older kids.

Staff were overall nice. Miguel the barman was a very nice lad and would go the extra yard. You buy cups for a euro each. The animation team seem to concentrate more on adults than kids. When a child would win a competition in the day they would be called up on stage to be given a bottle of champagne. Seems very unfair that they win a competition and don't get a prize they can use. Also the children's entertainment in.the evening is for 45 mins in the evening and on our last night they stuck on just dances on YouTube and left the kids to it. Make sure you get a receipt though as when I took mine back they said there was no record of me buying them and only gave me half my money back. The food is hit and miss. Some days it's gorgeous and others it's chucked together. The busier it gets the more the hotel as a whole struggles as well. We won't be back again.

Would never go back again. Was there the week it opened. What can I say total chaos.
Food was always cold and I handed back a pitta bread that was frozen and the woman touched it took it off me and put it back in the tray for someone else to touch.
Hairdryer blue up in my hand and gave me a shock. Friend went to use the phone and that was not working. She went over to say what had happened and that phone is not working. They sorted the hairdryer out but PHONE still was not the whole time we were there. Being on a 24 hour pump which I also said I need a working phone in room for emergency’s! Still no working phone by the end of our holiday!!
Entertainment
What a joke. Nothing for 12 year to 15 year olds to do. Schools put on better performances.
Hotel cleaning team. We put rubbish in bins by lift on the Sunday morning and Wednesday morning still there overflowing out of the bin!
4 of us in room and only 2 bath towels we asked for more and still did not get them. Went and bought our own!
Safety outside
On an evening they have inflatable bouncy castle slide. The electric cables are just there on the pavement by lake no covers on them just there for you to trip over!!! The girl taking your money does not watch the kids on phone and children getting hurt. Same in the kids play area 4 bouncy castles and no one inside looking at any of them older kids pushing younger ones down. They all went down when electric failed no one told them to get off nor did they check that no kids were trapped under them. Absolutely disgusting. I have never been in an all inclusive hotel that has been run so badly. The dinner staff were fantastic. Hotel overall I would give minus one out of five will never be going back there again and this was the children’s first holiday abroad.

Very nice. Celebrating our 10th Wedding anniversary Hotel kindly made it special. Restaurants under pressure due to how popular the Hotel is staff trying as hard as they can. Please have a little patience.

Got back yesterday so sharing my review!
I brought my daughter along because of how much I enjoyed it as a teenager and in a good way nothing much has changed!
Food
Themed nights for different cuisines, you get this along side the usual food of carbs meats and veggies. Only a couple nights were a miss but the most of it was really good. Lunch time is pretty alright too, I just like sandwiches so I made myself one pretty much each day. Breakfast was good each morning. Choices between a cooked breakfast, pastries, cereals and fruits. No complaints here! The burger bar is okay, not my absolute fave but ok if you have fussy kids that prefer nuggets and chips! Late night food, again like the burger bar, not amazing but if you’re peckish after a few, it’s a good stop off before bed!
Entertainment
I thought the entertainment was really good. Couple shows that weren’t amazing but good enough to see through the night. Kids mini disco is quite repetitive I can’t lie, but one night there was a parrot show and my daughter loved that. Bingo on every night and a full house ranges between €900 - €1200! A full bingo ticket is €12 (6 tickets). I didn’t really do any of the entertainment throughout the day as me and my daughter ventured out a lot, on to my next part…
Alcúdia
Very close to local amenities, shops, bars & cafes. 20 min walk to the beach, or there is a free bus but after the food and beer consumed for free I needed my steps. The beach is unreal, calm waters, soft sand and you can probably go out 100m into the water and it only be up to your chest! There are people selling fruit, blankets, offering braids & foot messages. A firm NO and they’ll keep walking. The port if nice if you want to take a look at some of the boats, there seems to be some nice bars there too but we didn’t go to any. Alcúdia town is nice to have a mooch through and it’s pretty simple to navigate back to the hotel.
Alcúdia old town
This is a bit more of a walk, 30-40 mins each way but there are busses or you can get a taxi. We went on market day (Tuesday & Sundays) so it was pretty busy but it was worth it. I was nice to see the medieval part of it along the castle walls and venture through the streets and going to a couple bars. The market themselves are great. Food, toys, jewellery, clothing and bags.
Waterpark
Loved the waterpark, there’s a kids part on the right hand side that opens @ 12-4pm. I just got a sun lounger near there and let my daughter crack ok. They do come round and charge you for the lounger, but I lay there and no one came round but I do believe it’s €4.5 per lounger. The sliders I wouldn’t say are too extreme but good enough to have a fun time, I just went down the big ones on my own becuase my daughter didn’t fancy it 😂
Rooms
Rooms were perfect for what we needed, cleaned every day, unless you put a do not disturb sign on the door then the won’t go in that day.
Overall behaviour
I didn’t see or hear anything that put me off from any adults. Of course you will always get the rowdy bunch, everywhere you live there’s people like that but remember you’re going to a FAMILY hotel. There will be kids running around, being menaces, shouting, screaming it is what it is. Unless they’re doing something that’s seriously going to jeopardise your holiday you just have to deal with it. I wouldn’t recommend coming here if you’re after a chilled quiet holiday.
All in all I loved it and most likely will come back with my son when he’s a bit older!
Have a great holiday!
