The hotel was excellent and the facilities were great. My only con would be the food wasn't the best, but for 3 stars all inclusive I expected as much. I was happy with the all inclusive drinks and to go out into Alcudia strips for dinner most evenings.
The location is great and only a few minutes taxi journey away from all the main strips.
The beach is the most stunning beach you are likely to see.
Your kids will absolutely love it and so will the adults.

We have just spent a week at club mac and it has been absolutely wonderful. The rooms are well laid out and clean, the cleaners do a fantastic job. The complex is really big and busy but there's loads of space and different areas so it's never too busy to cope with. The pools are great but they're cold. The pools are clean and well maintained and the lifeguards are brilliant at keeping an eye on so many people. The food is the best food I've ever had at an all inclusive, there is loads of variety and every night it's a different theme which is brilliant. It is slightly out of the way from the shops etc but it's a lovely 15-20 min walk. The water park is small but loads of fun for the kids, we went every day in the afternoon for a few hours. If you're flights aren't until later in the afternoon, you can still make use of the pools, restaurants and snack bars etc until you leave.
We have had an amazing holiday and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone with kids.

I stayed here with my partner and two small kids. I was really skeptical about going here due to numerous negative reviews. Not sure why so many low reviews as I couldn't fault the hotel.
For a three star hotel the rooms were spacious, clean and cleaned every day, comfortable beds, excellent shower & air conditioning
Plenty of sun loungers and various pools.
Countless activities for kids, big and small - you really did not have to leave the hotel to have your kids having loads of fun. From fun world, aqua park across the road, face painting, swans in the lake, play ground, kids train. I really couldn't name out all of the things to do as there were so many!
Others complaining that it's loud, yes it is but that's what all the fun is about - and travelling with kids anywhere it's never going to be quiet.
We seen no trouble there, but hotel can certainly not control how much alcohol is consumed if too much (and that's for any place really)
So for those negative reviews I believe you have just looked for a different type of holiday. I can't fault Club Mac, staff went above and beyond.
Lastly, food, all inclusive what more can you want, they do a theme night each night so there is never the same cuisine for a week's stay, which is fantastic way to do.

Just back from here, a great complex with plenty to do, little SPAR shop just outside in case you can't find what you are looking for in the onsite shop.
Food was always good with a different theme every night of the week.
Staff are friendly and helpful, general cleanliness is great and areas are well kept.
We were standard all inclusive and the only thing not included was the spirits at the bar, the boats cost and a few other things cost but are not expensive, free park for the kids to burn some energy off, thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
The only real downside is there weren't many shopping areas, a small souvenir shop just down the road but there is a free shuttle bus to the beach with plenty of options.

Lovely hotel, spotless and friendly. The food is beautiful and plentiful with a great range. The rooms are lovely and this year we got a newly refurbished one and it's lovely although on the small side but have enough space to be comfortable. Liking the draw storage at the end of the beds. The staff work really hard and can't do enough for you. It's extremely busy so we are relieved to have a quiet room overlooking gardens which we like to escape to from the busy resort. Highly recommend club Mac for young families. And it was my husband's birthday whilst on holiday and we received a surprise birthday card from.club mac and a bottle of fizz and two glasses were left in our room which was a lovely surprise ♥️
