Just back from Blue Sea Gran Playa and we had a great time for the money we paid. The hotel was bright, clean and welcoming. Staff were friendly and we had fun with the entertainment boys Food was good and varied no complaints from us Pools were good and service at the pool bar was quick. Rooms were clean and bright and we landed lucky with room 509 as we could see the sea from our balcony. Mattress on bed was really comfortable so had good sleeps Hotel was a couple minutes from a gorgeous beach and plenty of shops, bars and Restaurants near. Only thing we thought needed attention was the side gate from pool to street entrance had no lights at night and very uneven n broken paving which felt was an accident waiting to happen. Apart from this one issue which I’m sure management will attend too we had a fantastic break and would recommend this hotel 👍

My boys and I had a lovely stay at the hotel. I was worried they would be bored but the food, entertainment were amazing. The staff were very friendly and kept checking on guests. Kim and the lady who did aqua gym and water basketball were very helpful and nice. We will definitely be back. And oh, the refreshing cold water with fresh fruits every day at reception was the tip of the iceberg. I love that guests weren’t allowed to hog the in loungers so everyone who needed them had access. Thanks for a lovely experience xx

Hotel very clean and tidy. Very helpful staff. Food is tasty and a good selection. Good entertainment in daytime and evening for adults and children. Good kids club too, my daughter had great fun. Kim and Daniel were very friendly and a good laugh, chatting to us all.
Not too far from shops and beach either which is fab 😀

We’ve loved staying here, all the staff are so friendly & fast service & rooms are clean. A special thank you to lifeguard Alvaro who has just brightened up our days. Every day he went out of his way to come and chat to us, he’s been brilliant with our son. He really is the friendliest, most helpful person you could meet and we will miss him. Highly recommend the hotel.

the hotel is not bad, 3 stars fully corresponds, there are some nuances: the rooms are old, . we lived on the second floor in room 201 in the junior suite. There is mold on the ceilings in the corners, the shower is dirty, they gave us towels with holes, the pillows are terrible, and the bed is 2 joined beds that shrink in the middle of the night. The food is not bad, we had everything included and we were not hungry. the bad thing is that for breakfast there is only pork sausage, and we do not eat pork and we could not make ourselves normal sandwiches, the cheese is cheap, and margarine instead of butter. But in general, lunch and dinner were good. the worst thing in the hotel is probably the animation, I had a headache from these idiotic singers in the evenings. for those who are looking for peace and quiet, this hotel is not suitable. We personally will not come back, thank you
