For a 3 star hotel it is good. We did all inclusive, buffet type food never anything we didn’t like. I wouldn’t read the reviews before going and make your own judgement, some people seem to think they went to a 5 star resort when really they booked a cheap 3 star holiday. Rooms are clean and daily cleaning too. Our aircon works also! Rooftop bar has a nice view and very close to the beach. Downside is that you are limited to 6 alcohol drinks a day (3 at lunch and 3 at dinner) my indetsanding that this is law and not something the hotel has implemented. Pool is small but we can end of October and had no problems finding somewhere to sit. The bar are is small. With only about 4 tables so isn’t really anywhere to have drinks after dinner. We tended to go into the town for cocktails. It is on a hill so be prepared for this if you go to the beach/town. Also only 10 mins from airport. Staff have been lovely. For a last minute cheap all inclusive we are happy. If your looking for luxury this isn’t for you but if you want a cheap get away and happy with minor problems book away!

I rate the service the highest, especially the kitchen, very nice service, everything clean and perfectly organized, very hard-working people and a well-coordinated team. The food is delicious, something different every day, there is something fresh in what I choose and constantly replenished. I am really impressed. Bravo! Room service and reception are also great! Rooms are clean as per the standard of a 3-star hotel, on the upper floors there are beautiful views, I rate the location as very good. However, there are two things that are worth working on are the elevators, very slow and without air conditioning, which is very inconvenient, there were often long queues for the elevator and we had to climb stairs to the 9th floor. And very poor air conditioning in the rooms. The overall rating is 5/5 only because of the service and food.

Having returned a week ago we will not be returning.....queues to hotel entrance for meals...cold evening meal...'hot plates' (said loosely) set out wrong so a lot of waiting to choose food....nowhere in compact rooms to store clothes... apart from reception staff, we found others to be unfriendly...1 female member raised her voice to one of us after asking for butter...tv in room doesn't cater for English...music channel Spanish also...as for all inclusive! 3 half pints at lunch and evening meal...sandwich (1 slice of bread) if asked for as hidden behind bar....roof top bar/pool not open until 4.30! Ran out of lager!!! Best part of our stay was the local bar outside hotel entrance...they know how to treat visitors

This hotel was great for a short stay! My room was very clean, comfortable and modern. Staff were friendly and I thought the buffet had a lot of variety and options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Location was only a 5 minute walk from the beach, and close to buses to get to and from the airport or a day trip to Palma. The rooftop bar had the most beautiful views also! The only downfall of my stay here was that my room on the third floor was opposite a kids park and bar, which meant a lot of noise up until 1am, so I would advise taking some ear plugs just in case. Also, whilst the location is great for in the daytime, as a solo female traveller I didn't feel super comfortable venturing out at nighttime as you have to walk through some dark back streets, so just something to bear in mind! Overall, the hotel was really great for the price, being all-inclusive and for a short stay!

Beautiful hotel, lovely pool, food is "ok" only really ate breakfast, only get 6 all inclusive drinks a day which are wine and beer, both of which I don't drink, view from room and rooftop bar are amazing! Friendly staff! Rooms are also very clean! Location is a 5 minute walk down hill to the beach and lots of shops near by Only major issue was the sun loungers pretty much always being taken by people not actually using them and the AC isn't the most amazing, stayed in hotels before where the AC is 10/10 but this AC only really works at night, as soon as the sun was over the room in the morning it was sweltering hot at 8am! Needs updating.
