Smooth check in, even if we were hellish early for the room. So all the paperwork was done & cases put in the luggage room.
Off to explore the hotel & surrounding area. But, rain put a halt to it.
Room was fine, outwith small storage for clothes. No drawer's at all. Wardrobe maybe a wee big small for two people, for ten days. Very comfy beds. Good size bathroom, shower over the tub for us. Very, very powerful shower by the way!!! It was fantastic. Shower gel & shampoo pumps in the shower, soap & hand cream over by wash hand basin. Balcony a bit on the smaller side, maybe a bit more depth would have suited us better?? Fantastic view!
Maid service is 2nd to none.
Restaurant has plenty to offer, maybe not a great choice for me (I am Mr Fussy, but I put on so much weight...) staff in here work their backsides off, all with a great big smile.
Bar is not that expensive, always had folk sitting, entertainment is on every night, would it be harsh to say its aimed at the older generation??? The few nights we were in for it, the singers could at least sing...
Hotel sits on a hill, so be aware of this if you have any walking issues.
I have no plans in returning to the area, but nothing about this hotel has made decision for us. It was value for money, if only we had the weather, it might have been a different story.

rooms are fine, somewhat clean although we did have a cockroach in our room. i wouldn’t personally call it a 4 star hotel more like a strong 3. plus the parking price is too much so instead we rented a car at rahuls and his parking was €5 a day much more cheaper than sirocos. if you’re at the bottom floor you’ll most likely hear whatever is going on in the main area/piazza bit until late

Room has terrible noise insulation and thin walls. Can hear neighbours talking and people moving and talking in the corridors. The food options for breakfast are fine but dinner has very few options for vegetarians.
The grounds and pool are lovely.

A very very disappointing stay to our family holiday. Travelling with my 3 year old daughter I was not expecting to have numerous problems with our room.
First the large amount of dust next to the bed and then a dodgy wardrobe door that was jammed and maintenance workers called to fix this. Then we had a shower head not working and also this was looked into.
Very noisy hotel at night guests were loud and can be heard in the corridors.
Very limited food available for vegans and not a large choice for a 4 star hotel.
The gym facilities were not all working either the steam room was out of order the whole of our stay. Reception staff not great with assistance and very basic help.

Hotel Best Siroco in Benalmádena left me disappointed, as I cannot understand how it qualifies as a four-star hotel. The atmosphere reminded me of a large cafeteria, with most of the food being processed and of low quality. Regarding the accommodation, the soundproofing was poor, as I could hear neighbors snoring through the walls, which significantly diminished the comfort of my stay. Additionally, I was annoyed by the daily parking fee of €12, which I had to pay every morning.
On the positive side, I must commend the friendliness of the receptionist and most of the staff, with one exception (Sara). Fortunately, I had rented a car, so I only used the hotel for sleeping, breakfast, and dinner, while spending the rest of my time exploring the area.
This hotel is best suited for those seeking an affordable, mass-tourism experience, but for those who value quality and tranquility, it is definitely not the right choice.
