Hotel Best Siroco in Benalmádena left me disappointed, as I cannot understand how it qualifies as a four-star hotel. The atmosphere reminded me of a large cafeteria, with most of the food being processed and of low quality. Regarding the accommodation, the soundproofing was poor, as I could hear neighbors snoring through the walls, which significantly diminished the comfort of my stay. Additionally, I was annoyed by the daily parking fee of €12, which I had to pay every morning.
On the positive side, I must commend the friendliness of the receptionist and most of the staff, with one exception (Sara). Fortunately, I had rented a car, so I only used the hotel for sleeping, breakfast, and dinner, while spending the rest of my time exploring the area.
This hotel is best suited for those seeking an affordable, mass-tourism experience, but for those who value quality and tranquility, it is definitely not the right choice.

A very very disappointing stay to our family holiday. Travelling with my 3 year old daughter I was not expecting to have numerous problems with our room.
First the large amount of dust next to the bed and then a dodgy wardrobe door that was jammed and maintenance workers called to fix this. Then we had a shower head not working and also this was looked into.
Very noisy hotel at night guests were loud and can be heard in the corridors.
Very limited food available for vegans and not a large choice for a 4 star hotel.
The gym facilities were not all working either the steam room was out of order the whole of our stay. Reception staff not great with assistance and very basic help.

The grounds and pool area were excellent. But the room was a poor 2 star. They never had one drawer for clothes and other odds and ends. Our room ( 229) even had one glass wardrobe door missing. No amount of requests for repairs did any good. On the plus side, the food was very good, but never again.

If you have any mobility issue this hotel is not for you. Rooms nice cleaned daily. Staff very nice helpful. My friend got roasted with coffee over her hands. Staff were fabulous getting her burnt hand put into ice bath giving her burn cream & bandaging her up.

If ever a hotel needed a good manager it's this one.
Totally disinterested and unmotivated staff who I suspect have become hardened to the constant complaints that they get.
30 minutes to book in.
I speak Spanish and it was agreed that my colleagues were to arrive in a few hours and I paid for their rooms.
When they did turn up they were told that there was no reservations for them.
40 minutes standing at reception to sort that out.
One work mate was mistakenly given my room and walked in on me when I was in the shower.
One of the rooms was so filthy that I again complained.
A dirty mirror, disgusting toilet and screw heads sticking out of the floor ready to rip your feet open.
The buffet did have a lot of choice.
Either cold and horrible or luke warm and horrible.
After eating I had the longest walk to my room that I have ever experienced in a hotel, only to find that my door card had stopped working.
A trek back to reception to sort it out.
Breakfast was predictable cold too.
I have no idea how this place has managed to be awarded 4 stars.
