If you are looking for a typical all-inclusive holiday in Spain that is family friendly then please look no further and disregard the bad reviews! I think the bad reviews are people excepting a 5-star experience but only paying for 3. The standard of cleanliness in this hotel is of the highest standard. Pool and surrounding areas are cleaned daily and the vast majority of the rest of the hotel is cleaned constantly throughout the day, fresh towels and bed linen everyday (other than Sundays I believe as housekeeping don't work this day to my knowledge, but fresh sets can still be requested at reception). Shower gel and hand wash in the room. The shower is very powerful except at peak times and the temperature then differs. No kettle in room but not an issue, as many hot drinks machines downstairs. If any issues relating to key cards arise, they are dealt with promptly. The entertainment, sports, pools and activities are fab for all ages. If you want a quieter atmosphere with less kids around, then the pool and chill area at the island is the one for you. No activities are held here and it's very relaxing. The all-inclusive cocktails are sooo good and the food is great; in our opinion the food is just as high a standard as a 4 or 5 star hotel. The staff are friendly and efficient. There's a free shuttle bus to the beach everyday, multiple times a day. The old town is a short taxi ride away. There are plenty of shops, bars, restaurants and amenities in walking distance. There are loads of excursions and experiences to choose from that are bookable at the hotel too. In our opinion, this hotel would be better suited to families, adolescents and younger adults. Our only downside is, we wish this was an adults only resort, however, this isn't due to any wrong doing by the hotel - our experience has been great and we got exactly what we paid for, if not more!! This is just purely due to personal preference. We don't like to stay at the same place twice and always like to explore somewhere new, yet, if we were ever looking for a family friendly hotel of a very high standard, we would definitely stay here again. Please don't hesitate. Book! 😊

On arrival from start to finish staff are friendly. Food is of good standard but on second week is repeated. The entertainment is typically average . The downstairs of the hotel looked clean and modern. But the upper floors need a revamp. The rooms ok, 3 star hotel you expect not good furniture but our room was very worn and dated. Needs painting. Room not been attending 😕 on a daily basis . But staff downstairs were constantly cleaning. The entertainment team is good for the children.

The hotel is spacious and clean. The rooms tho are not very sound proof, you can hear everything that next door are saying and doing. The rooms also need new doors as you have to slam them to shut them and this happens all through the night. There was a good selection of food and always something for everyone. There were problems some days as meat products were not cooked. We had sausage that was raw in the middle which we did mention to the staff, then a few days later a pork steak was raw and also some of the chicken products. The entertainment was the same as many family hotels with a mini disco and then followed by a low grade act. All of the staff were very polite and friendly and always happy to help.

We’re actually now. Stayed last year absolutely amazing holiday. This year sadly there seems to be a lot of children and younger adults and quite frankly people of lower intelligence. Putting cigarettes out on tables, sick in pathways, nuisance children sent of to do as they like. Smoking in hallways and could sit on balcony due to the smoke. Entertainment is a joke.
Booked for next year but have sadly cancelled.
The hotel is still wonderful but not the clientele. Seems like pack them in stack them high.
A good idea would be management come out if the office and chat to us about our findings instead of reading reviews and saying thank you seems like easy option.
Offer to meet after we left waste of time !!

An ideal hotel for families with children. Extremely clean, the whole area and the pool are cleaned every day, I am impressed. Change of linen and towels in the rooms every day. But the most important thing is that the food has taste, really tasty dishes. For children, there is a great team of animators and generally very friendly staff. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.
