We stayed in a deluxe junior suite for three nights with our two children (2 & 10). It's really hard to fault the hotel. The room was superb and had diving doors to separate off the kids beds. Both the bath and shower was for two and had lots of space. There was a bottle of cava waiting for our arrival and water was replenished daily along with a different sweet treat every day. The breakfast was really good quality and there's a small bar downstairs in the lobby. The pool is small but was quiet when we stayed and there's a small pool bar too. The slide in the lobby was a really unique feature and the kids loved it! It was a short walk to the old town of around 20 minutes but there were plenty of bars and restaurants close by and the hotel is actually connected to the train station so there are shops, restaurants and a supermarket on your doorstep. Great for a trip to Malaga.

Sleek and modern hotel close to the city centre. With a 20min walk you can easily reach the cathedral, and in 15min in the other direction you get to the seaside. Very spacious rooms, especially the bathroom that had a huge walk-in shower. The room was very clean too and the beds comfortable. The breakfast hall stays open for a long time (7:30-10:30, during the weekend 8:00-11:00) and has good products. Our flight was late and we checked in at 1am, but the staff was instantly ready to welcome us.

Modern high spec hotel. Good sized rooms, nice bar and very good breakfast. Right next to the train station although you wouldn't know it and reasonably close to the centre. Tries to be quirky and boutique but is basically a decent modern hotel. Quite busy but not at all overcrowded. Has a small rooftop pool that looked as though it could get very crowned. Early arrival needed to secure a lounger. But Malaga has lots of good beaches with sunshades and loungers so really no need to use.
Recommended.

We recently stayed at this hotel and, unfortunately, our experience did not meet our expectations. Having worked in the hospitality industry for over 15 years, including in hotels, I expected a much higher standard.
1. Room Assignment – As a couple, we were given a room with two single beds pushed together. While we understand that room assignments depend on availability, a prior notice about this arrangement would have been appreciated.
2. Room Condition – Some decorative elements in our room were damaged (see attached photo). Given that housekeeping serviced the room daily, we would have expected at least some acknowledgment or action to address this.
3. Noise Disturbance – Almost every morning between 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM, we were disturbed by loud drilling and hammering. We understand that maintenance work is necessary, but such noise early in the morning significantly impacted our ability to relax and enjoy our stay.
4. Restaurant Service – This was by far the most disappointing aspect. The staff was generally unfriendly, and the service was unacceptable for a 4-star establishment. My partner and I ordered a salad and a main course. The salad arrived first, and my dish followed 3–5 minutes later, disrupting our dining experience. Throughout the entire meal, no one checked on us or asked for feedback. Additionally, after a 45-minute wait, our drinks still hadn’t arrived, so I canceled them when paying at the bar.
For a hotel of this caliber, such service is simply unacceptable. We hope management takes these concerns seriously to improve the guest experience in the future.

This hotel offers a pleasant stay just outside Malaga's bustling city center, but is still very well-connected to everything. We did enjoy our time here, but for any future guests paying for accommodation or services, a crucial word of warning:
Be extremely vigilant about the currency exchange rate used on their card machines because it is, frankly, outrageous. The rate they applied brought the Euro almost to parity with Sterling and a €1000 bill, like mine was, would have been charged at nearly the full £1000, less a few pounds.
Thankfully, I was careful to select payment in Euros (EUR) rather than Great British Pounds (GBP) on the card machine and by doing so, ensured that my own bank's conversion rate was applied. This simple step saved me around £170 on that single transaction, compared to the hotel's proposed currency exchange rate and whilst I understand hotels are within their rights to set their own exchange rates, it just doesnt feel fair and it puts me off returning in the future.
So, if you choose to stay at this otherwise lovely hotel, please be on high alert when it's time to pay / check out and always choose to pay in the local currency (Euros) on the card machine to ensure that your own bank handles the conversion and not the hotel's bank as it will save you a substantial amount of money.
