All the staff are exceptionally friendly. They all seem very happy in their work which is a real credit to the hotel. I would like to thank Lucas especially who worked on the beachfront, for making our holiday so memorable. I was very impressed at how friendly he was towards absolutely everybody. Had such a great experience there. Have been there in June and September this year. Staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. The hotel is luxurious,nice, comfortable, clean 👌, The food is amazing. One of the fewer places I have been and everyone is doing they best to make your stay unforgettable. Well done to everyone, and special thanks to Nathalie,Valentina, Jason. Everyone is very friendly there and they really made our stay amazing.

I had a chance to stay at Atrium Palace in Rhodes for my weeding trip.
I couldn’t stress enough how accommodating the staff were.
Especially Gabriella who is a guest relations manager at Atrium. Gabriela and all the staff made sure to make us feel welcomed and help us with every little or not so much request. Gabriella made sure that all our guests received a small gifts because they’ve chosen to stay with us at Atrium, she helped us to organize a couple of dinner reservations for a big group of people. We also got an upgrade to our room upon the check-in.
Even when some guests had reservations problems this was instantly solved.
The service at the hotel is beyond 5 stars. The rooms were always clean. We got a couple of small surprises after and before the wedding day in our room. There are a few restaurants that require reservations but they are worth the visit.
Also, would like to highlight that the resort is family friendly. A couple of our friends had their kids with them and hotel has facilities to accommodate that.

I recommend making a reservation at sea food restaurant. The photos of food were taken there.

Amazing place! i would definitely recommend. The staff are amazing and their service is superb. House keeping is done several times a day, keeping the rooms nice and tidy and ensuring guests have all they need.
The beach is a walking distance and I have to give credit to Lucas, as we were thinking of things to do, he recommended the glass bottom boat tour and wow, wow! We enjoyed throughly.
I would definitely be visiting this Antrium Palace again. An amazing place to be!

Our stay here was above expectations. Such a tranquil place, perfect to unwind and relax! Despite being a large, widespread hotel, it maintains an incredible sense of peace and serenity. The staff are exceptionally welcoming, with the main reception ladies deserving 5 stars for their hospitality. We were fortunate to meet Gabriela at our check-in, whose special touch made our stay memorable. Thank you, Gabriela!
We opted for the bed and breakfast option and had a wonderful seafood dinner. The quality was outstanding, and my picky Italian partner absolutely loved his risotto! The dinner offered a great variety of food from both the buffet and menu.
A few minor issues: shower curtain doesn't feel luxury and the bathroom lacks ventilation. The mini-golf course also needs some maintenance as some play fields are a bit damaged.
Overall, this hotel does an amazing job of taking care of its customers. I highly recommend it!
