I have just returned from 4 nights at this lovely hotel. Stayed as part of a trip to celebrate my friend's 50th birthday. This being our first trip away (without partners/kids) to celebrate I really wanted it to be a trip to remember. I had contacted customer services to see if they could help to make it special and got an immediate response from Christian. He was professional and very helpful (with all of my questions) and as such, when we arrived my friend had a birthday cake waiting in the room, along with some other nice little touches. The front desk staff made us feel very welcome on our arrival. All of the staff at the hotel were friendly, polite and very helpful. We only ate breakfast at the hotel but there was a great variety of food catering to all. The orange juice was delicious!
There is a supermarket just across the road which was very handy. We also ate dinner one night at the Ostria restaurant which was a short walk away. The staff there gave us a buggy ride back to the hotel! Travel to Lindos and Rhodes was super easy using the local buses and taxis.
I would definitely recommend this hotel and would look into staying again.

We are a family of four and stayed at the Atrium Palace for one week in August 2025, booking two sea-view rooms. The hotel is beautifully situated above an excellent pebble beach.
The facilities were impeccably clean, and our rooms were spacious and well-equipped with all expected amenities. The standout feature of our stay was the hotel staff. Despite the hotel being fully booked, they remained consistently friendly and efficient, often going above and beyond to accommodate our requests.
The food was delicious, and the entertainment was of high quality. We highly recommend the Premium All-Inclusive option, which gave us the flexibility to dine at various restaurants and even at other hotels within the same dining arrangement.
We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. A special thank you to Savvas, the PR Manager, and to all the staff—from the beach team to the reception—for making our stay so enjoyable.

We had a truly wonderful stay! From the very beginning, Gabriella took care of us with exceptional attention, starting even before our arrival. She helped us with email communication, transportation arrangements, and room assistance, ensuring everything was perfectly organized. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed with thoughtful treats, and throughout our stay, Gabriella continued to accommodate us at every step—from breakfast to pool time, and dinners at the restaurants.
A special thanks also goes to Tanya from Guest Relations, who was always kind and helpful, to Antonis, the Bar Manager, for his excellent service, and to the amazing spa team—we enjoyed six spa treatments!
Traveling with little kids can sometimes be challenging, but the staff made it feel effortless. Their care and hospitality made our experience truly memorable.

Top Hotel, great service! The staff takes really care when you have an issues. Our 3 year was sick due to the climate change as it was quiet hot compared to our home area. Unbelievable positive service, within few hours they got him back on track with special food cooked only for him and brought to our room. Furthermore, I had a bit of feedback to improve a few small things. The reaction was extremely positive and thankful. A really nice place, 5 stars fully deserved.
