The best of the best! My wife and I have been fortunate enough to stay at several really nice hotels over the years and Atrium Palace stands out above the rest. We went for our honeymoon based on a recommendation from my wife's parents and took our toddler daughter with us. Every element during our stay was impressive and impeccable from the moment we arrived to the very end. The hotel itself is beautiful, the attention to detail that has gone into the scenery, amenities and layout is exceptional and the service and staff were extraordinary. The attentiveness of the staff, from the people welcoming new guests, extremely helpful receptionists, welcoming managers and caring team of caterers at meal times are second to none. The food was plentiful with a huge array of delicious dishes and drinks, all of the finest quality. The pools, of which there are several, are immaculate and inviting -they vary in depth and accessibility so there's one for all ages, which made it easy for us to encourage our 2.5 year old daughter to forget her fears and learn to swim - we couldn't keep her out of the water by day four. The beach is pebbled rather than sand, was beautiful and well maintained with crystal clear waters that our daughter also enjoyed come the end of our trip. Extra special mentions and thanks to Mariana who served us and surrounding Villa guests exceptionally for breakfast each morning, and Lucas the beach hut extraordinaire who seemed to have any item you could ever need at the beach - both of them went the extra mile to make the experience extra special and memorable for both me and my wife, but especially our daughter. For this we are truly so grateful. A truly unforgettable trip that made us never want to leave. A taste of pure luxury at a reasonable price, extremely good value, worthy of a 6 star rating if I could. The location is also fantastic being very close to Lindos and several other lovely beaches, and within short walking distance to other tavernas for those who like variety. We will be recommending and returning to Atrium Palace for years to come.

We went here for our honeymoon and absolutely loved it! Everything was immaculate and the staff were so friendly! We alternated between days at the pool, where there were always beds available, and day trips out which we booked through the concierge service. The bar and evening entertainment were always well worth going to, and we'd like to thank Maria, Beatrice and Antonis at the bar in particular for their very kind hospitality! We ate at the hotel restaurants each night - our favourites were Asterias and Zheng, where again we'd like to thank Stratos all the lovely staff there in particular. 100% recommend and I'm sure we'll be back soon!

Perfect experience. The staff was very nice and helpful. They have upgraded our room without us even asking after the night before we had some noises from the bar. All that we have asked for was immidiatly given and always with a smile. The hotel is especially kind and suitable for kids. We felt at home. Thank you and we will come again.

Top Hotel, great service! The staff takes really care when you have an issues. Our 3 year was sick due to the climate change as it was quiet hot compared to our home area. Unbelievable positive service, within few hours they got him back on track with special food cooked only for him and brought to our room. Furthermore, I had a bit of feedback to improve a few small things. The reaction was extremely positive and thankful. A really nice place, 5 stars fully deserved.

*Excellent Service is a way of life at this hotel!* ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️ This was our first stay at this hotel, but it took only a few minutes to understand why so many people come back every year. Let me start from the very beginning: - We were greeted with a welcome drink upon arrival - Our check-in was done extremely professionally and in a very friendly manner. Luckily we were able to access our room at noon and were escorted there by a friendly bellboy. - Although we had booked half-board, we inquired about other options. The hotel offers very flexible all-inclusive options, where you can book for three days just to try it out. We highly recommend the all-inclusive plan, since you can try the different hotel restaurants and even dine and use the facilities of the partner hotels. The food and beverages all have a very high quality with a large selection of wines to choose from. I was particularly fond of the Nikos Lazaridis rosé. We enjoyed our meals at the main restaurant, the Il Gusto Italian restaurant as well as the Zen fusion restaurant. The entire hotel is very charming, with lovely gardens featuring palm trees (with dates!), pomegranates, herbs and other lovely plants. We especially liked the fact that all the paths were tiled (all the way down to the beach), which contributed to the lovely atmosphere. The cats of the area also seemed to enjoy the landscape, where they will often peacefully lounge among the plants. The private beach is really a dream, with great service, sunbeds and fresh towels. This is really one of the biggest assets of the hotel. Our room was very neat and clean and had everything you could ask for, including a mini-bar packed with beverages that were all included in our all-inclusive plan. The bed was big, although a bit hard for our taste, but we were given a topper, which did the trick. The bathroom had everything we needed, although the shower was also a bath tub, which may be inconvenient for people who are physically impaired. The one thing that impressed me most about the hotel, was the service. Never in my life had I been to a hotel where the team was so professional, motivated and caring. They did everything in their power to give the guests an unforgettable and relaxing stay. Here a few examples: I witnessed how an elderly, no longer mobile guest was treated as royalty. The staff would escort her through the buffet, helping her pick out her meal. A young bar staff member tenderly stroked her hair while taking her order. They genuinely cared and I found this so moving. When I requested a topper, it was already evening, as I had forgotten to address this in the morning. I was rather embarrassed and excused myself for addressing this so late in the evening, but the receptionist said it was absolutely no problem and was even able to get housekeeping to fit the toppers while we were eating! Everyone on the team is worth mentioning and although I didn't catch everyone's names, I'd like to mention a few here: Cristina always welcomed us with a smile at the main restaurant and found us the right table for us, whether indoors our outdoors. Spiros, Valentina, Emma and Despina from the main restaurant were all super professional and made sure we had everything we needed. The staff of the Asterias, Zen and Mesogeos restaurants were also all very kind and professional. The spa was also great with excellent management and a friendly team. All in all a lovely place where we had a good time as a family.
