Arabia Azur is an excellent hotel in Hurghada. The food is delicious, and the themed dinner nights make dining even more enjoyable. The restaurant’s location in the marina is a fantastic idea—it’s great to have lunch every day with a beautiful sea view.
The hotel offers plenty of entertainment, including an evening theater with activities like bingo, belly dancing shows, and more. Poolside activities are organized almost daily.
The gym is quite basic and a bit outdated—it could definitely use some improvements.
The rooms are clean, many of them offering stunning views of the sea and beach. Housekeeping services are provided daily.
The hotel's location is outstanding, with plenty of sun loungers and private beaches, ensuring a relaxing stay.
The staff is very friendly and helpful, whether in the restaurant or housekeeping.
The only issue we encountered was with the receptionist.
Although we had prepaid for rooms with a better view, he still demanded an extra charge for the upgrade. Later, when we lost a towel, he tried to charge us twice the amount stated in the hotel's policy for lost items.
Aside from this, it’s a fantastic place to stay. Most guests come from Germany and Denmark, with only a few from Russia.

We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Panda Entertainment for bringing joy and excitement to our days and nights. A special thank you to Mohsen and the other three wonderful individuals who made my partner birthday unforgettable. These people are truly the heart and soul of this place.

Really not sure what the big hype is about this place. Besides the clean beaches and mostly nice staff, this hotel left a lot of bad impressions and unmet expectations. For the price however, I cannot complain.
The rooms are spacious but really old and need renovations. Balcony view facing the beach was nice though. The toilet seat and walls were filled with ants the whole day, despite washing them away, the ants would fill up the toilet again in minutes. AC was very noisy and the control panel looked ancient. Cleaning staff replaced towels daily and made up the bed which was appreciated.
The restaurants had the most boring limited food options. Lunch was either grilled fish or chicken and fries, one sad looking pot of soup, and a poor salad bar . Did not bother trying the breakfast or dinner. Room service food was soo bland and boring. Low quality produce sadly. Drinks and local spirits were also tasteless and boring.
Most of the guests acted soo entitled like they own the hotel. Whether they were Germans or Russians or Eastern European, they had such a snarky attitude. Stingy and grumpy folk that will argue for a couple of euros like their home countries are much better, it’s almost ironic. Not to forget the daily morning battle of reserving sun-beds by the pool or the beach. By 11 am there are barely any spots left. At late nights, you can hear them drunkly slamming doors and yelling in the corridors. Smoking in the non-smoking rooms that stink up others rooms.
Also given how big the hotel is, you could spend 10 minutes walking from the reception to your room or to the beach through endless corridors and stairs. No signs or clarifications. Not a big deal though, as long as someone escorts you to the room upon check in so you remember the way.
Seeing cats around the gardens was a lovely addition and a reminder to enjoy yourself.
You’re only informed about paying for the WiFi on check in, written in the information paper. It kept disconnecting though and if you’re unlucky to notice that during the evening hours, there is no help to get in regards to finding a solution.
Staff at the reception were super helpful, almost everyone was friendly. The security guards, life guards and the cleaning staff included.
Location is really good, close to shops, supermarkets and pharmacies and just a short taxi ride to either the airport or the main popular streets.
All in all, I enjoyed the warm sun and swimming in the clean beach, but would definitely have spent more money on a better hotel room, better facilities and food quality.
But thank you again to all the wonderful staff that made my stay pleasant, you can tell they work hard to ensure a pleasant stay for their guests. I am hoping some improvements can be made to the food menues and their rooms. This place has much potential and it’s a shame for it to deteriorate.

The best thing about this place is the fact that it's surrounded by the sea. Beautiful views, many possibilities to swim, relax or snorkel. Beach restaurant is fantastic if you don't want to walk back but stay at the beach. Unfortunately this resort is not right for me since I'm not able to find my "small" wishes. I booked a room with all inclusive but can't use anything. I don't drink alcohol, soda or juice. Just water. The Turkish coffee my only drink I'd like to have is nowhere available and in the lobby with extra charge. I never eat in the resort, I go outside, but if I wish to have simple things like "fruit, strawberry," there's nothing available. I'm only using the room and for couple hours the beach. That's it. I told the reception about my flight canceled, that now I have a later flight and all they care us extra charge to use the room after 12. I don't know why they can't handle individual needs professional. I don't drink here I barely eat here, but then if I need anything it's extra charge. Even the Spa is not included. Fresh juices are 3€ extra charge, super crazy. Outside you buy a juice for 60 Le. The quality of the food is so so - I miss real Egyptian food, can't find it here. I'm upset that nobody helped me with my only need to Stay longer in the room. They are used of mass tourism Germans. Room is clean & big. Staff is friendly.

I recently stayed at a beautiful hotel in Egypt and was thoroughly impressed by the entire experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming and attentive, making us feel at home instantly. The hotel’s design masterfully combined modern luxury with traditional Egyptian elements, creating a unique and relaxing ambiance.
Our room was spacious, meticulously clean, and offered stunning views of the Red Sea. Every morning, I enjoyed watching the sunrise from our private balcony—a perfect way to start the day. The private beach was another highlight. With soft, golden sand and plenty of loungers and shade, it provided an ideal spot to unwind. We also tried snorkeling, which was amazing; the underwater world here is vibrant and colorful.
Dining was a memorable experience as well. The main restaurant served a wide range of Egyptian and international dishes, each meal full of flavor. Themed dinners were offered every night, allowing us to taste local delicacies like fresh seafood and grilled kofta.
The hotel also provided evening entertainment, including live music and shows, which added a fun touch to each day. For anyone looking for a relaxing yet culturally rich vacation in Egypt, I highly recommend this hotel. It’s the perfect balance of comfort, great service, and authentic Egyptian atmosphere.
