Lovely hotel in centre of Torremolinos close to train station, restaurants, and easy walk to beach. Very clean and contemporary. Room is very good, with excellent bathroom and shower and we had a balcony which was nice. The staff were excellent from cleaners through to restaurant (restaurant head waitress was wonderful) and front desk and were always helpful. Restaurant was bright and spacious and all meals were on a buffet basis. Standard of food good, and always found something good to eat but have had better food at similar hotels. House wine was very good and excellent value for money.

Enjoyed staying at this hotel, we deliberately chose it as it is in the centre of town and wanted some biz in Nov/Dec.
The pool area is a bit tired and didn't get much sun at this time if the year.
Our room 1020 was nice enough, lots of space. It has a double wardrobe with some shelves however no drawers.
The bathroom was good with an excellent shower (bottom of glass door needs a good clean). Nice shampoo, conditioner/shower gel & body lotion.
We had a wrap around balcony but only had very basic table and 3 chairs, I think in the summer this would be disappointing, loungers would be good.
Unfortunately the air conditioning had been switched off when we were there, the room was warm and we therefore had to keep the balcony door open all night.
Our room faced onto the pool and was quite noisy at night, when bins were emptied.
If you have paid for the 'My Favourite Club' you will have some wine, beer and juice in your fridge in your room.
The best thing about this club is the small room on the ground floor, only for club members, free alcohol all day and some snacks, it's a lovely social space.
The restaurant is nice space, very clean. Breakfast is good with ample options.
Dinner however is very repetitive, not particularly nice and the food is cold, a microwave is provided!!
Really disappointed on 2 nights a group of children and their helpers were staying in the hotel, ADULTS ONLY!!!!!

This is a superb hotel. Completely renovated (except the lifts😄) The decor was modern, the staff extremely friendly and the view from the smart new roof top bar was spectacular. We were staying bed and breakfast. The power shower was great and the bed was very comfortable. The buffet breakfast had a wide choice and a few things were different each day. The coffee was delicious! Location spot on, a 5 minute walk into the old town with loads of bars, restaurants and shops. The bus stopped outside the hotel and the train station was 5 minute walk. This hotel was as good as it gets 10/10

Lovely hotel, well located with just a little walk from the metro station. Very convenient if you have to catch a train to Málaga airport or to the city. Great selection of food for breakfast and dinner with live cooking. It's buffet service and the dinner menu changes daily with lots of seafood dishes. There are lots of pubs and restaurants nearby if you want a change. Friendly and efficient service staff. I had a few small issues with the room, but I would definitely book this hotel again on my next trip.

My partner and i stayed here in September this year. The location of this hotel is great. On entering, the reception area is lovely and modern and the staff are friendly. The breakfast was fine, again the staff in the restaurant are friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the pool area and the room we stayed in was a disappointing. The pool area has a lot of trees so some of the sun beds are covered in bird poo. There is an area where the ground underneath the sunbeds is just dirt! Also there is an area up some stairs where there are sunbeds but this area is again, covered in bird poo. The room we stayed in was small but functional. The air conditioning was fine, but the balcony looked out over to the back of some apartments and was covered in bird poo, so couldn't use it to sit out on or to hang towels/swimwear to dry. Overall I wouldn't rate this hotel as 4 star and I wouldn't return.
