My husband and I spent 10 days here for our honeymoon. The whole resort is is beautiful and faultless! The food is wonderful, the resort is always clean and the staff are amazing and can't do enough for you. Tito from the animation team was amazing and so friendly! He always had us smiling and laughing, I think my husband has a new best friend. The place is so great we're still here and have already booked again for next year! We'll be sad to leave, by far the best resort I've ever stayed at

The hotel is very well-kept and clean, great service, delicious food, a large selection and additional options with dinner reservations. Every day you will eat something different and delicious. The Aquapark has the best slides according to my children, and they have been to many places. A very long and nice beach and there is a really nice reef. The garden and pool, bars, animations, dance shows, concerts, decorations e.g. for Valentine's Day really nice standard. There is no problem with anything, everyone is very friendly - for example, we locked the key in the room twice and within 5 minutes someone was there to unlock the lock. Even if a restaurant does not have coffee for a meal, the waiter will come outside and bring it for you. Everything is really clean, even in the common toilets on the beach or in a lobby. I highly recommend this hotel for everything 😄

We just got back, the hotel and the team were amazing, recommend the smaller pool as it's heated, no mad rush to get sun beds, breakfast was on till late so could fully relax. Food was good, a bit the same most nights but it was tasty and we went out to Marina twice to break it up. Bar staff were awesome a little tip goes a long way, the entertainment was great, really enjoyed the beach show which had loads of people in random costumes, had loads of games you could play for free, overall great place lovely location and staff.

I went mid January and the distance from airport to hotel was decent. Concierge was very nice man. The hotel does have a bit of construction going on but it wasn't too bad. My room was quite far from the main part of hotel but wasn't too much of an issue as my room was located near the beach and the aqua water park which was available for us to use. We also had a buggy driver taking us to and fro the main part. For kids I thought it was amazing. They had kids club during the day and evening and kids entertainment in the night. Pools were OK my kids enjoyed it. Food was great better than most other resorts I've eaten at. Clean and nice staff. My room was clean but I felt the room service guy could have cleaned a bit better but we didn't make an issue about it. It was ok. The entertainment team did a great job and made my child's birthday a great day. Also restaurant staff especially manager Mahmoud he was so kind and catering to my family. I recommended this place to my friends and they are ready to book! I wouldn't mind going there again. Only downside is the reception male staff weren't that helpful or friendly at times, maybe because I'm female or Egyptian looking. But the female staff was lovely.

This was our first time staying at this hotel and after reading the reviews we were slightly skeptical. We have stayed in luxury resorts before and Ali baba had much more to offer than these. The food is very good and there is so many places to choose from, so there is always something to eat. The animation team are so friendly and the staff are very attentive! I would definitely come back to this hotel and I would recommend this to friends
