Can’t really fault this place too much. My only criticism, and it really is a small one, is that the floors never really felt like they’d been properly cleaned throughout our stay. Even returning after a day at the pool when the room had been cleaned there seemed to be sand everywhere. I appreciate it’s difficult to get rid of it all though! Evening entertainment was somewhat underwhelming and the atmosphere matched that sadly, but we chose to go out and about most evenings so it wasn’t really a problem for us. Hotel food was very good, no complaints and the variety was great. Bar prices are very reasonable! Would definitely recommend this hotel and the location was great. Would stay again.

Loved staying here. Couldn't fault anything. The location was perfect, only a 5-10 min walk from beach. 20min walk to the Port. The room was lovely. Beds comfy. Shower was great. Great view from the balcony out the front with the canal & sea view. We sat around the pool a couple of times & had a cocktail from the pool bar. Lovely staff. As we did self catering, we didn't have any food from here, so can't comment on that. I would definitely stay here again & recommend it to others.

Studio room, apparently they are all on ground floor. View to the street. Not what I expected. On arrival I went to the room and it was infected with ants. It was clean after. Cleanliness is ok. The room got kitchen fully equipped.

Beautiful food. Lots of deck chairs by the pool. Activities every day. 5 minutes from the fantastic beach. Rooms are spotless. TV didn't work for the 10 days we were their which was a major downfall. Staff are so polite and helpfull

We have spend our holidays at this hotel during 28.06-08.07.2024. Rooms are ok, cleaning is more than ok, the complex is very quiet and clean. Reception staff are friendly and helpful. However, especially if you get up early, I don’t recommend this hotel. Breakfast starts at 8 o’clock. Although they open up earlier, you are not allowed to get a coffee before 8 o’clock sharp and some of the restaurant staff is very rude, yelling it is not open, even if you want just a coffee from the coffee machine 5 minutes before restaurants opens for guests. It is unacceptable for an all inclusive hotel not to be allowed or have the possibility to get a coffee or water before 8 o’ clock. Moreover, food choice is very limited, breakfast is completely repetitive every day, lunch is very poor and you don’t have many choices. Too many hamburgers, hotdogs, pizza and fast food during meals. The only good thing was fresh fish available at lunch and dinner.
