No friendly welcome, rooms were very dirty and not cleaned for days, even when we asked because apparently they didn't have enough staff. We had to argue a lot to finally move to slightly cleaner rooms after two spend nights in very run down rooms, only to be faced with more issues that weren't fixed. The air conditioning in our room was leaking water, and despite talking to staff and the front desk several times, we couldn't get any help or solutions. We had to figure out how to keep the room from flooding, ourselves. The normal water they offered tasted strongly of chlorine (presumably tap water). This place has a few issues regarding hygiene that need to be addressed. No internet in the rooms and a very poor connection in the common areas. Overall we were unhappy with our stay and expected a lot more for what this place promised. We tried to make the best of our holiday, but none of us would ever choose to stay here again. Definitely not worth your money and doesn't deliver on lots of basic necessities of a proper hotel.

First of all ignore all bad comments! Me and my partner are currently waiting for our transfer home after 9 amazing days here at this hotel, the staff are so welcoming and helpful. They will do anything for you, especially Omer the manager we have had so much fun in the pool, sun bathing and having are all inclusive food and drinks Location is great too with celebrity bar next door. 2 minute walk to the beach that has amazing views, shops and activities to do! Booking again for next year with the friends we met out here 10/10 recommend!

Just returned from a great holiday here. Had a brilliant time Staff were great and JJ really helpful and friendly, great guy. Will definitely book again next year Great location close to everything, food was good. Room was great

Omar and team thank you for a lovely stay. If any problems was sorted very quickly house keeping came in every other day if any recommendations needed just ask Omar. Great location for centre but also quiet enough for a early night. Pool kept clean sun loungers are of plenty and the swim up bar is great Thank you.

Stayed here 5 time and our last visit would be our last! Booked a deluxe room and on arrival sent to a standard room then offered a room at the back of hotel with no balcony! Food was unidentifiable meat, with chips from the day before and reception staff that look you up and down amd smirk at you when you have a issue and when asked why I'm being smirked at they talk to there friends in turkish and laugh, could of dragged him over the desk! Disgustingly rude and a joke of a place, also the bar owned buy the hotel we ordered 8hr slow roasted lamb, not being funny but that was no lamb! We don't know what it was but it tasted vile and the meat was grey
