Just returned from a great holiday here. Had a brilliant time Staff were great and JJ really helpful and friendly, great guy. Will definitely book again next year Great location close to everything, food was good. Room was great

First of all ignore all bad comments! Me and my partner are currently waiting for our transfer home after 9 amazing days here at this hotel, the staff are so welcoming and helpful. They will do anything for you, especially Omer the manager we have had so much fun in the pool, sun bathing and having are all inclusive food and drinks Location is great too with celebrity bar next door. 2 minute walk to the beach that has amazing views, shops and activities to do! Booking again for next year with the friends we met out here 10/10 recommend!

Omar and team thank you for a lovely stay. If any problems was sorted very quickly house keeping came in every other day if any recommendations needed just ask Omar. Great location for centre but also quiet enough for a early night. Pool kept clean sun loungers are of plenty and the swim up bar is great Thank you.

No friendly welcome, rooms were very dirty and not cleaned for days, even when we asked because apparently they didn't have enough staff. We had to argue a lot to finally move to slightly cleaner rooms after two spend nights in very run down rooms, only to be faced with more issues that weren't fixed. The air conditioning in our room was leaking water, and despite talking to staff and the front desk several times, we couldn't get any help or solutions. We had to figure out how to keep the room from flooding, ourselves. The normal water they offered tasted strongly of chlorine (presumably tap water). This place has a few issues regarding hygiene that need to be addressed. No internet in the rooms and a very poor connection in the common areas. Overall we were unhappy with our stay and expected a lot more for what this place promised. We tried to make the best of our holiday, but none of us would ever choose to stay here again. Definitely not worth your money and doesn't deliver on lots of basic necessities of a proper hotel.

Okay, So Ladies this is certainly one you want to read, especially if your travelling without male company. As soon as you arrive at the hotel you are greeted and shown to your room. (The room il get to later). Firstly I want to warn that all woman need to be very careful when roaming the hotel. It’s not dangerous in any way and if you say no, then people DO leave you alone. However.. you can look at numerous reviews on here and trip advisor that there is one particular guy called Omar. This guy you need to be extremely careful around because I can assure you that he will be in your bedroom the same evening. During my peaceful 5day break in the hotel lounging on the chairs with my wife. I watched Omar approaching hundreds of woman over the time I was there. I became very very friendly with a member of staff at the hotel that told me everything. There was a group of 5 girls that he managed to secure a “meeting” with (all separately) and none of them knew about it. He managed to have adult contact with each 5 girls over the space of 2 days. Not including the many many other girls who is roaming the hotel. So please for the love of god keep your whits about you. He may be charming and good looking and have every ticked box.. but he could also be carrying so many things that could land your health in so much trouble. Normally I don’t write posts like this but I think it needs to be made very aware. Anyway. You may also want to request an extra sheet for your bed as all you get is pillows and (what I can describe as..) a bath towel to cover you up at night. I know it’s warm and there was AC in my room. But I could have done with a duvet sheet just to cover my whole body at night. The food in this place is ridiculously horrid. At first glimpse the range of food looks vast. However it’s the same food throughout the day (breakfast, lunch and snack/ dinner). I’d recommend eating out. (Please see other reviews for recommendations). If you stand outside the hotel and wait for a Mercedes sprinter with the red LED in the front window. (It’s there busses in turkey) give them 50 TL and it will take you up too Hisoranu. This place wakes up from around 6pm right through to 2am. Very lively, full of fake clothing shops and food and entertainment. But haggle and beware of the people trying to pull you into shops. Don’t be afraid to say NO.
