Currently coming to the end of our holiday in room 220 ( park view) . First time to Benidorm and Hotel Agua Azul was everything and more that we wanted in a hotel. As a family of 3 the room was still spacious and was kept spotless by staff. Everyone at the hotel (reception, bar & restaurant staff and house keeping) have been excellent. The entertainment by the pool in the day has been great and a great mix in the evening too.
Drinks and food plenty to choose from and chefs both in the restaurant and snack bar cook some wonderful food and snack bar food cooked to order which is great!
Will definitely be back and would recommend to others.
So close to both old and new town too, ideal location.
Thanks for a wonderful stay 😊

Horrible week. During first week of October.
We stayed in our rooms due to everyone becoming ill.
Food poisoning or some kind of bug going around that hotel.
Staff are lovely though.
I’d really invest in private bathrooms, this open layout is really uncomfortable and made it difficult especially wen ya unwell and everyone can see through the toilet doors of your silhouette being shown… not great and also they hide the doors from the images on their site.
I wouldn’t go again. Think premier inn not 4 star.

We had a fantastic weeks stay here, the staff are very helping and friendly, the entertainment was outstanding - always something different to do each day, the cocktails were great you could really taste the alcohol them. The food at the buffet restaurant does cater to everyone , and it is frequently changed each day to something different to try, there wasn’t a day where i couldn’t eat anything. can’t fault the food really. But the snack bar is a 5 star in itself, the hotdogs and cheese sticks are to die for, reminded me of home, and the men that work in the snack bar are lovely. It was my birthday during the week stay here and i received a birthday postcard from Jet2 , and a lovely package and letter from the hotel, which had champagne and snacks. the hotel staff really do care about their customers, they are always a great help and easy to approach. There is ice cream and crisps at the bar always on offer for all inclusive and cannot dault these either- amazing. if you have a pool view room like we did, you can see the sea from the beach beside buildings, the hotel is a 5/10 minute walk from
the beach and busy strip.
The reason i haven’t given it a 5 stars is due to : The pool; the pool could be a bit bigger in my opinion for the amount of people staying at the hotel. Closure; when it is 12am they are very strict at telling everyone to leave there and then, you can’t stay outside or in the lobby until after midnight-you qous either have to leave the hotel and go elsewhere or go to your rooms. We also had the workers chap our hotel room a few times due to the noise, when in our opinion it was kept to a minimum. Also the soft drinks machine at the bar produced very flat juice , which was off putting and we ended up going to the market across the street to buy soft drinks which were gassy. All these things are just minimum to us and it didn’t ruin our stay, we enjoyed this hotel , i probably wouldn’t come back only due to the fact that me and my partner love to try new places but i would definitely recommend it to others.

Incredibly warm welcome, efficient staff, sparkling clean rooms and a lovely pool area. Classic, cheesy all-inclusive entertainment (I think I heard "Elvis" sing Return to Sender about four times during my stay). Good food for an all inclusive, always a couple of vegetarian options, lots of local fish, show cooking, etc. Thoroughly enjoyed a relaxing stay here - and just a short walk from lots of bars, restaurants, tat shops and the beach too!
