My partner and I are staying here for 5 nights. It is a very fun time. It has rained every day of our trip but the staff here has made sure the party rages on. We enjoyed the food more than I thought- Sea Flirt is great. Whether you're looking to relax or party there is something for everyone.
Hayver has been very helpful. We will definitely be back.

We were scammed by their “Sales Manager” Luis Felipe who promised us that with purchasing a “Premier Membership” for $10k+ we would be given 2 “free” vacations, 1 of which we could use to travel to any hotel or resort around the world, we questioned him multiple times on this and he assured us that it was true and real.
He also promised us being able to book an 8 day, 7 night hotel or resort stay with their vacation partner “Beyond” at any hotel or resort around the world (120 days worth of these 1 week stays for the package he sold us) for $10k+.
We ended up putting a $3k+ deposit down to start the membership. 1 month later we tried to book the 1 week free vacation he “gifted” us for signing up and we uncovered what is an absolute scam of a membership.
It is a simple time share scheme (scam) and nothing like what he told and promised us it would be. We made it absolutely clear we wanted nothing to do with anything like a time share scheme.
We were outright lied to and after weeks of trying to communicate this with him and other Premier staff in different departments they have taken zero accountability for their actions and continue to be silent on my request for a refund and to cancel my membership.
Premier… do the right thing and give us our money back for selling us a lie.
Future potential Premier Members… you have been warned, these are absolute scam artists and you won’t know it until it’s too late.
The moment you hear anything about a Premier Membership offer… run!
Extremely unfortunate because we genuinely enjoyed our first vacation there, after this though, we will never set foot in Temptations or their Desire resorts ever again.
Bad business karma is on its way…

Went for NYE24. Had an awesome time with great friends. This time we went for the couples massage. Marta and Carmen were awesome. They hit every trigger point. And later that same night we hung out with Samantha, one of the Play Makers, on the dance floor. Our butlers were awesome, very attentive and caring, Yamy and Ivan, thank you. We was just a great way to bring in the 2025 New Year.

My husband and I go to Temptations three or four times a year and love it! It’s so much fun that it makes every other resort seem so boring. We always request Luis as our butler because he’s so friendly and attentive to our needs. I love the spa there too. My husband and I always book a massage on the last day of the trip. I always request Javier because he gives amazing massages. The playmakers make the daytime, pool parties and nighttime bash parties, exotic, sexy, and fun. We’re getting ready to plan our next trip there… Hopefully soon!!!

They scam their clients with fake room damages and then take money out of your credit card without informing them. They took $400 out of my card and did not inform me. When I called them they said we damaged the speakers and caused $650 of damages in the room. They make stuff up and then you have no way of defending yourself. We did NOT damage anything during our stay. Appalling customer service. They are scammers and you should avoid staying there. It’s such a shame. We left our room tidy and caused absolutely no damage.
The speakers didn’t work during our stay so we just didn’t use them. The receptionist then told us that we broke them so they count towards damages. We explained they were already broken. Then the guy on the phone asks why we didn’t report it! To be honest reporting a broken speaker is not a top priority item during a holiday. They are 100% running a scam.
I am shocked that the hotel operates like this. Please avoid - we are not the only ones who have had this experience. We should have listened to the reviews we saw online before booking. Will never return and will make sure to let anyone who mentions this place know that they take your money fraudulently. A disgrace.
It was our 10 year anniversary and we looked forward to celebrating at this hotel. They have just ruined our experience. It’s very upsetting.
