We had a blast! This was our seventh vacation at the resort. When I think about Temptations so many incredible people who work at the resort come to mind.
First, Israel.. He works at Sea Flirt in the mornings. What a fantastic server! He is always so welcoming and accommodating.
Next, Alberto…who works in the spa. I saw him twice on our last trip and he was able to work the knots out of my neck and back. I hadn’t been pain free in such a long time. Once again in this trip, Alberto was able to relieve the pain in my neck and back after a couple times seeing him. I highly recommend getting a massage with him.
Up at the Sky Bar is Wendy! Her smile and service is impeccable. Wendy remembers returned guests and treats everyone like family. Thanks for taking great care of us!
Finally to our butlers, Leo and Mariana…thank you for constantly checking in with us, always by phone and in person throughout the day. You made us feel so at home and were there for whatever we needed. You two are the BEST!!
The staff is terrific. A quick shout out to …JJ, Cowboy and the gal that signs guests up for photos (her name at the moment escapes me). She is always so bubbly and sweet. Until next time…❤️

We had a great time! The spas, beach, food & entertainment were amazing. We had the BEST butler! Ivan was amazing, very attentive & made sure we were well taken care of from the reservations, room was always clean etc. I brought birthday balloons for my boyfriend birthday & made sure the room was decorated!

Loved our trip! Location is nice with several restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Food is great (other than the dinner buffet). Drinks were easy to get and good. Music is very, very loud. This is more adult spring break than sexy adult. If you’re not looking for a wild, loud party you might prefer Desire. The crowd was respectful, even the single guys.
The extra service was lovely and worth it. Oscar did a great job helping us book dinners and keeping us informed.

Temptation is a great resort with a fun vibe, but what really makes it stand out is the staff, and Ivan in particular. We’ve had many butlers over the years, but Ivan is by far the best. We always ask for him, and always will.
His calm, thoughtful approach and the way he works seamlessly with the entire team make even the smallest requests feel effortless. He anticipates what we need, reminding us about meals, holding a pool spot, or making sure nothing gets missed. It’s that level of care that turns a vacation into a real break.
I don’t usually leave reviews, but Ivan’s service was such a key part of our experience that it felt important to say something.

Our butler Alex was a true game changer! He elevated our experience beyond words. Very personable and attentive to our every need. Dulce was so helpful in booking the yacht. Past experiences don’t even come close to the attention she gave to us and the ease for us to deal with her. Don’t miss the chance to book the yacht to meet her and you will see what I mean. If you’ve been here for years don’t miss out with your benefits presentation with Capo! He’s the reason we are here and will continue to be here and move up. He’s the best at what he does and you will love him more!
