Beautiful location and beach, small but kept clean. Resort is definitely an adult party place. All day activities at the main pool and themed party at night, 10pm until 2am, every night. It's a very loud event so if you have an ocean view room, you will be up until 2am with everyone else! Great restaurants and the very best of service.

We stayed in the plush jacuzzi suites, wonderful! The rooms are quiet at night, but close enough to all the activity & restaurants during the day. Our butler, Luis, was outstanding! He made himself available 24/7 - even on his day off. He was visible around the resort all day & talked to us each & every time he saw us. He met all of our requests (& we are low maintenance) with ease & a smile. He is truly an amazing young man! The only negative to this trip was there was a takeover during the last 4 days we were there which prevented us from using all the benefits we receive as a member. (Sky bar specifically). We enjoy eating lunch up there & utilizing the hot tub & pool in that area every visit. We were not allowed to go up there at all, but reports from those involved said there were fewer than 12 people utilizing that area, but they were allowed to use all the services available to us members as a benefit. Kind of a double standard. Maybe the resort should look at the option of having the area only closed off at night to allow others to enjoy the area during the day. I know they block off areas other times for "special events" - this should be for this too.

Every time we go to temptation they do more and more for us. It was my birthday and my wives and they went out of there way to make us feel like the only people at the resort. Our butler Ivan was amazing and he even decorated the room for us!!!!! Had our dinner reservations done and always checking in and making sure we were ok.

The food is great, the tequila is better, but Sam is the best! Staff were so kind and welcoming, and while being new, Sam spread so much happiness and positivity! Make sure to visit Lily in the morning, she will always make sure you have a spot by the pool! Luis took great care of me during my stay, many thanks to him again! Whether you like dressing up for theme parties every night or just like dancing with a bunch of crazy party people, this place is for fun and joy! My only quibble, elevators should have at least one resting at ground level!

We were scammed by their “Sales Manager” Luis Felipe who promised us that with purchasing a “Premier Membership” for $10k+ we would be given 2 “free” vacations, 1 of which we could use to travel to any hotel or resort around the world, we questioned him multiple times on this and he assured us that it was true and real. He also promised us being able to book an 8 day, 7 night hotel or resort stay with their vacation partner “Beyond” at any hotel or resort around the world (120 days worth of these 1 week stays for the package he sold us) for $10k+. We ended up putting a $3k+ deposit down to start the membership. 1 month later we tried to book the 1 week free vacation he “gifted” us for signing up and we uncovered what is an absolute scam of a membership. It is a simple time share scheme (scam) and nothing like what he told and promised us it would be. We made it absolutely clear we wanted nothing to do with anything like a time share scheme. We were outright lied to and after weeks of trying to communicate this with him and other Premier staff in different departments they have taken zero accountability for their actions and continue to be silent on my request for a refund and to cancel my membership. Premier… do the right thing and give us our money back for selling us a lie. Future potential Premier Members… you have been warned, these are absolute scam artists and you won’t know it until it’s too late. The moment you hear anything about a Premier Membership offer… run! Extremely unfortunate because we genuinely enjoyed our first vacation there, after this though, we will never set foot in Temptations or their Desire resorts ever again.
